This place has really changed around! I heard they were under new ownership from a friend of mine who had actually met the owner. It is extremely clean, a lot of tables and chairs to eat indoors, and the cakes are so good. I was greeted when I walked through the doors by three employees and felt really welcomed. My kids really enjoyed it too because of the music that was playing. The ice cream was really good and we all got it in waffle cones which tasted like they were made fresh just a couple minutes before. Reallly good experience and will definately come again. It has really changed from what it was before!

My husband brought home ice cream as a surprise for me and when I started eating it I found FIVE hairs in one cup of ice cream. FIVE! I can understand one or maybe two but five?! Their ice cream is really good but I really wish they would do something about the hair in the ice cream. They should tie up their hair better or wear a head covering. I lost my appetite after i found the third hair and gave up on it after the fifth. It was pretty disgusting. Wont be returning there.

servings are extremely varied and all small. I watched as several customers were served and and was amazed at how inconsistent each serving was. One was barely half filled and the customer walked out. I hadnt been there in awhile because of these issue and at this point, I wont waste my time going back and I will definitely share my experiences with everyone. Fortunately there are many other local choices that care about their customer.

The worst customer service! An employee cant understand a simple order. Then, one person walked in to help, he said he works for the management and still cant provide a good service. I guess a good customer service skill is now called sarcasm skills because that all they did the whole time they were trying to get a simple order. All I wanted was an ice cream for my son and I. But I guess it was a bad day to have an ice cream after all!

Ive been going to different Coldstones wherever I can find them for close to ten years and this is by far the best. You can always expect a line because the product is fantastic but usually they just pass you along with no sort of friendliness. This one has got the customer service down perfectly and makes every customer feel like a friend. You can expect us to return time and time again just for that experience!

This is the best cold stone i have been to! The staff is amazingly helpful! They make sure you get exactly what you ask for. The ice cream is fresh and flavour-filled! The decour and atmosphere is extremely family oriented and peaceful. I am glad I found this location and will deffinately be a returning customer. Great place to enjoy amazing ice cream and much more!!!

A great, welcoming atmosphere with choices unmatched. When I visited, Bree was attentive and cleared up any questions about the wide selection of ice creams and toppings. She helped me in a timely manner, while not making me feel rushed. It is definitely going to be a place I come more often thanks to the great customer service at this location!

Do not buy the ice cream in the "To Go" sizes, it is a rip off. I bought the $10 size in peanut butter cup. After mixing, the container was half to 3/4 full. Instead of mixing a small batch to finish filling the container. They just filled the remainder with plain chocolate ice cream. If I wanted chocolate ice cream I would go the grocery store.

BEWARE! We picked up ice cream tonight and noticed that the glass that separates you from the sprinkles, candy, etc. was covered with little bugs! The girl who was mixing our ice cream reached into the jar with the candy in it and more bugs flew out of there! Needless to say we will not be returning to that location.

LOVED it!!! I came after a year and this place was WONDERFUL! I talked to the new owner and he gave me complimentary ice cream. The customer service was great and the place was so friendly. I had a bad experience the last time I came but this place has really changed around. I would definately recommend this place

Nice little location, near the movie theater but not too close. When Ive been there, the service is really good. Erica, who seems to be a high schooler, always provides great service and cheerfully greets everyone. And she seems to be a very hard worker, cleaning up when shes not taking orders.

I went on Tuesday and was met by 2 girls who greeted me with a smile and welcomed me into the store. Even though the line was long, they were fast, effecient and maintained a positive attitude. Thats why I love this Coldstone, everybody works really hard to give good service no matter how busy.

Incredibly hot inside, ice cream melted instantly, manager was frantic and somewhat rude, huge line not enough staff and most importantly I couldnt order a smoothie because and ice cream place was out of ice. Easily the worst cold stone Ive ever been too.

The weird sarah plain and tall girl was screaming at my girlfriend because she didnt hear her, then didnt even mix the ice cream right and ching lao barely gave me any sprinkles i wont be returning to home of the most expensive ice cream

Portions are not consistent. You would think for as much as they charge, you would get a decent amount . Im all about paying for good quality product , but my daughter and I had the same size and she had more in the cup .

This cold stone is awesome. I live in Brookfield so the closest one is La Grange. But when I was visiting a friend I went to this one. The people are nice and I was in and out pretty fast. Thanks guys!

It was my sons and I first time here at this location and we came on a Saturday. I got to say that I was impressed by the service; definitely no complaints from my sons and I. The ice cream was fine.

It used to be nice, but it is no longer. Employees did not wash their hands nor put their hair up before serving. Got all the way home and found hair in my ice-cream. Disgusting.
