NOTHING HERE IS FRESH! You also have to be in the right tax bracket to eat here. Super-expensive food that is sub-par. I watched the woman make the Chai I ordered and it was pure syrup mix. Tasted like molasses with black pepper. Their bread is always hard and just to the point of stale. The only time I enjoyed eating at a Panera was when I was sick and half my taste buds were gone. Youll be spending $10+ just for a small soup and stale bread. Why? Skip the stab in the wallet and go to Potbellys across the parking lot!

You can tell the chefs love staying busy by serving their wonderful and tasty creations. Seems as if there should be a more streamed line approach to ordering when times get busy there. Yet the personal and specific process is accomplished by the caring staff that can multitask. Keep up the good work and maybe this Panera location will switch to a thriving "pay what your able to pay" spot.

There was a piece of plastic in my cookie. My grilled cheese was not completely grilled (still had unmelted cheese ugh) for all of this I had to wait 10 minutes in line while the 4 cashiers on duty were not taking a single order. and this was not even the first time Ive had problems with this specific panera bread. NEVER AGAIN WILL I RETURN THIS LOCATION! !

I placed an order online . Items were missing others were wrong . When I called to talk to the manager I was not so politely explained that was not their fault but mine , so much for customer being always right . Anyways I would not be ordering from this location anymore . This is not the first time I have problems but this time I had enough !

I have never visited this location when it wasnt super busy. Never have had a problem with the service in six years of stop-ins, though. Love the spinach - avocado souffle; its a great recipe in every Panera I have visited. Biggest problem with it has been getting to the restaurant (particularly on a Saturday morning) before it sells out!

Food is great but the service is slow and our orders are almost always messed up. Its sometimes impossible to find seating in there because people set up camp for the day like its their own personal office. Im actually pretty sure a few of them do use it as their office and the management doesnt seem to care if they loiter all day.

I stopped going to this location a while ago because of a few bad experiences with food quality. I gave it try again today via rapid pickup order and when I got back to work to eat it I found there was no salad dressing. A box of dry, raw kale is not something I have any interest in eating. I give up on this place.

The food is great and the staff is nice but the place is always packed which makes it hard to find a table. The pastries are good and the ordering process is fine. Lines are always long and even so you feel pressured and pressed to hurry up and order and get moving.

Great restaurant for breakfast amazing breakfast sandwiches and drinks given at a decent amount of time, food is also delivered to you at your table which is a plus as you find your table and settle down your food should arrive

Long wait. One of the cashiers just stood there as a line out the door was growing. The only other cashier there was taking forever. Food wasnt bad, but not worth the wait. Service definitely needs to improve.

I love the lentil chicken or frontega panini. I am glad to notice last time they had to seniors citizen in staff, one of them brought my lunch to my table, he was so friendly, definitely one of my best places.

Long wait and turkey sandwich was not pressed. Was takeout so didnt see it till I got home. I thought it was expensive for a 1/2 sandwich with soup ,one salad with soup 2apples and small bowl of soup. $25.00

I love going here. It has self check kiosk plus cashiers. It can get extremely busy. They also have their workers walk around and hand out samples. Yum!
