I ordered for delivery since Im not able to get out for lunch. What enticed me was the thai cuisine there arent too many around here that are that great. (Best one I have found is Thai Basil in Acworth by the Kroger shopping center) I thought I would give them a try. I love the Thai coconut soup and I must say it is the most awful I have ever tasted in my life! My husband is a meat cutter and I can tell you that they use the left over peices of chicken even though they claim they didnt-they did! They also wrote down my credit card number on the receipt and I discouraged them from doing that with all the identity theft these days but I still dont think they understood my position on that-so be prepared if your card number gets into the wrong hands! To say the very least I spent twenty bucks on food that I threw away because it was so nasty! Oh and the soup noodles they provide for free were STALE! When I called to complain which is very unlikely of me to do because its just not worth it I was told they would give me an in-house credit. I told the girl/owner that sorry but I wouldnt order from them again even if someone paid me. She offered to credit back my card to which I appreciated but wasnt necessarily wanting that but if you tell someone you are going to do something and then never do it? This was about a month ago and I still have not seen that credit and probably never will but that is okay because I will discourage people within my building to order from them as well as post a true review because if someone wants an updated true review of the place-well here you go. I think the LAST review on here was 11 months ago-these places get bought out all the time so you never know. My experience has been thai/chinese mixed together isnt good but thought Id give them a chance-well they failed miserably and I will not ever order from them again because the food is gross and two they dont stick to their word one bit! Maybe they forgot but I didnt forget to pay them for my food that I threw away in the trash now did I?

I walked into this restaurant expecting something similar to other Chin Chin restaurants but that was not what I found. Not only did this Chin Chins not have any sushi at all, the food they did have was overpriced and over cooked. Some of there food was the same frozen meals you can buy at Publix. Finally, I tried paying by credit card. Emphasis on TRIED! They ran my card, it charged it, and then she tried to run it two more times! Both the additional times were declined thanks to Bank of America but she came back to the table saying the card was declined. I unfortunately believed her and handed her a different card. As she walked away, I pulled up my account on my phone and found out that the first card DID run successfully! When the waitress came back and I showed her all she said was "wait 1-2 business days." Im still waiting to see if ill be charged twice.... Ill get back on and edit my post to let you know. But please, you should NOT go to this restaurant under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!

Worse customer service ever!! Messed up the order and refused to give us the correct order!! Hung up on me and said they would come get my food and refund me my money in 5 days!! The lady called me and told me not to touch the food she was coming to get it!! This place and people are awful!! Told me they do not have a corporate and basically i can eat cold food or bring them the food and they can give me a cash refund even though i paid with a card!! The whole time i was on the phone they laughed about the whole situation. The owners sister called me on her private cell phone (she told me herself) she was ruin and hateful!! Never will go back to this place!!

I have ordered from here in the past and it has been really good. However, tonight I ordered two orders of pot stickers (steamed) and they tasted stale. I ordered sweet and sour shrimp and it was beyond HORRIFIC. It was a bunch of breading with a teeny tiny piece of old dried up shrimp that you had to hunt for. It had NO vegetables with it and the side order of steamed rice did not show up. I was really looking forward to the steamed rice. So very disappointed!!!!!! I will give them another chance probably but have to say tonight was a huge disappointment that cost me $40.00!!!

So horrible for two small things of rice and a small egg drop soup it was 26$! Outrageous!! I read others reviews while my husband went to order and a lot said its expensive and the food is not tastey or good. Got home... Egg drop nasty and pastey. There chips for the soup soft and tasteless. Grosse. Rice nasty and salty. I was soooo disappointed. I should have listened to the reviews. This place is was to expensive and worse Chinese food i have ever had in georgia. Please do not waste your money here!! You will be very very disappointed:-(

The Golden Buddha in Clayton County is what I would rank as the best. Chin-chin in Woodstock,Ga. is in the 1.5 place. I dont want to rank them as number 2. I want them as close to number 1 as possible. Inside the atmosphere is great, relaxing, despite the heavy traffic just outside. The food is fresh and hot when served. Id prefer to eat in there. The staff is friendly, they dont hover around you constantly asking is everything okay? The wait atleast every 10 minutes as I prefer. This IS the best Chinese restaurant in Cherokee County.

This food is nasty!! I got Kung Pao chicken, an egg roll, and chinese donuts. The chicken was a weird consistency; it was too squishy and all of it was like the fatty part of the chicken. It was supposed to be spicy but it tasted plain. I put duck sauce on it and it was a little better. The rice was okay with the soy sauce. I was mainly unhappy with the chicken. It made my stomach feel queasy too. The donuts were good though so I gave them two stars.

I order from Chin Chin weekly for the last 5 months since moving to Woodstock, GA. As of late the food has never been disappointing in consistency or quality. Dine in is very nice an offers a relaxed atmosphere, while there delivery service (which i use often) has always been extremely prompt and friendly. I highly recommend Chin Chin over all other Chinese Restaurants in Woodstock, GA area.

Wife and I ordered delivery from Woodstock location. Food arrived very quickly. However, we both agreed that this was the worst Chinese food that we have ever had. We ordered sweet-sour chicken with fried rice. The chicken tasted old, the rice was bland. Neither of us could finish the meal it tasted so bad. Made my wife sick to her stomach. We will NEVER order food from there again.

Decided to try delivery and they said one hour. At one hour fifteen minutes I called them and they said my house was next stop. One hour thirty minutes they called me to see if I had seen driver. One hour fourty five minutes driver called and said he was on his way. Canceled order..no apology nothing. Very sad :(
