Wow!!! Ive never seen a restaurant mess up someones order. Then make them wait while they figure it out and then charge for the wrong burger when the restaurant messed up. This wasnt me but the customer in front of me.. Poor service and their ketchup dispenser is looks like they are trying to save money by adding water to the ketchup!!! The Coke tastes like Diet Coke and they forgot my bacon on my burger... .. good thing I didnt do drive through.. The cashier was really friendly and nice .. seemed new so understand why she messed up the guys order... I understand a mistake but own it if its your mistake. Enjoy!

This location isnt nearly as fresh as the BK location on Eagle Drive. Id suggest driving to that location for better service and freshness of food. This locations drive through order microphone is not in service, like ever. Dont waste your time here.

Its fast. Characteristic fake charred taste. Open after 10:30p on a rainy Sunday. As expected, hit the spot, regretted only a bit, afterwards. However, needed food. They were open. Drive thru person was courteous, and order was fast plus correct.

I guess no one ever checks their order is here. I forgot my French fries with my value meal. I had to return back to the location to retrieve an order of fries that I paid for. Absolutely the worst customer service ever.

We arrived at 9:50pm on a Friday night. The doors were locked and nobody was in the back. The website shows they dont close until Midnight so we were frustrated that they didnt let us in.

Great restaurant with an impeccable management team. I used to eat here everyday for lunch and was never disappointed. The only complaint is that the parking lot is way to small.

Their buffalo sauce is good. The mayo looks and tastes like white paint mixed with water. The freestyle machine is broke. They get mad if you use their coupons.
