I would give this place zero stars if I could. The food was horrible and cold, the service was ratchet, and the manage was belligerent, and on top of that the police were called. My boyfriend called them around 6pm on 5/22/15 and ordered a pizza and the fries. My boyfriend accidentally put the wrong number but didnt notice. (Now I just want to say everyone makes mistakes with autocorrect and computer issues). Well my boyfriend did call them back after the time they estimated was over and he recognized he put in the wrong number. He called back, apologized, and gave them the correct number. Heres where it really started to go wrong on their behalf. While on the phone someone in the background says, "He shouldnt have put the wrong phone number." My boyfriend had already given his apology for the mess up and he hears this, SMH. (The customer should never hear a representative of a company making negative remarks.) Then the person on the phone said they were going to remake the pizza and have it out to him in 15 minutes. My boyfriend goes outside and wait but they never came within the 15 minute time frame they gave him. So he called back and they said it would be right out to him. Sadly, the pizza did not get to him until 7:50pm. So we are thinking everything is right, NOPE. The pizza was cold, the fries were too. And not were made because my boyfriend had left an extra tip to the delivery guy because of the mix up initially. After calling and complaining of the cold food my boyfriend was hung up on. He decided to go to the Pizza Hut with the unsatisfactory product in hand. When he arrived he asked for the manager and they took the pizza. When the manager arrived, she verbally attacked my boyfriend saying he should not have give the wrong number. He said, "On the first incident I was wrong, correct?" She replied, "Yes!" Then he said, " But after I called and corrected it, wouldnt anything after that be your error." She had nothing to say. He began to ask for his money back and she said she will not give it back. She was loud, rude, and uncompromising. (None of these qualities are good qualities of a general manager.) Then she said she would give him a store credit yet she put it under the wring number. (Coincidence, I think not!) You would think its over right? Not even. So my boyfriend left but forgot he left the food and went back to get it. When he arrived the police were there. The police accused him of a saying he was going to F**k up everything in there (Which was fabricated). They refused to give him the food and the police said he could not come back on the property. Morals of the story 1) if you have any issues they will not fix the problem, 2) if you are persistent about the error they will call the police, 3) you can not make any errors because they are not wise enough to know that mistakes happen. JUST BECAUSE A PERSON MAKES ONE MISTAKE DOESNT MEAN YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO TREAT THEM POORLY!

Firstly, this location is literally minutes from my house! Extremely convenient. I have to say, I order carry out because they take so long to deliver. With that in mind. Ill be driving further from now on or choosing another pizza joint to take my business to... And heres why: My first bad experience with this location was a few months back, they gave my pizza to someone else who ordered carryout, I just dismissed it, as maybe they were extremely busy... Its pizza, football season, etc etc. I mean, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I didnt mind waiting and was truly understanding that it was a honest mistake. Second time, my roommate ordered the $10 box deal CARRYOUT. This Pizza Hut has the drive up window so you dont have to get out of your car to get your pizza - which I must say is pretty sweet. Ready for the humdinger?? When we open the box at home, the pizza just looks funny. You know how you get excited to eat pizza the second you open the box? The smell of it just makes you hungry?? Okay... We just looked at each other like whos gonna go first...and were both pizza fanatics!! AND, the worst part, the cinnastix were burnt! :( So, I didnt order for a while. Well, I decided to give it a go again last night - third times a charm right? HA!! Well I ordered last night online, and CARRYOUT...ordered a medium half cheese, half pepperoni - easy on the sauce pizza. Bread sticks, and cinnastix. It was 10:10 when I ordered and it said to pickup by 10:30. I drove up to the window at 10:25. When I got home and opened my pizza -- the crusts were burnt to the crisp, the cinnastix cinnamon had fallen off in the box, and werent cut-- and there was NO icing with it (so Im not sure how long it had been sitting there for the cinnamon to harden and fall off!!), and the breadsticks were partially seasoned and burnt -- and again, no sauce with these either!! Im not real sure whats going on at this location, but Ill say this, this location is under extremely poor management and needs to get itself together ASAP! Too much competition for such poor service!

If I could give this Pizza negative starts I would. I have ordered from this specific pizza hut on 4/5 occasions and EVERY TIME something has gone wrong. This evening I ordered a medium pan pepporoni pizza at 9:39pm and was told my pizza would arrive in 30 minutes., Only to receive a call back at 10:15pm (which I thought was to tell me the driver had arrived) But it was to inform me that the store was out of pan crust pizza and would I like a different option (hand tossed or thin crust), 30 minutes after I placed my order. At 11:05pm, I still had not received my pizza. I then called Pizza Hut which transferred me to a manager named Connie. I explained to Connie that I ordered a pizza at 9:39pm and it still had not arrived at 11pm. She proceeded to attempt to tell me that "no, I did not order a pizza until 10:30, that my order was taken by a call center and the call center does not know the correct time for deliveries!! Which makes absolutely no sense. Why would a call center give out delivery times, if they are always going to be incorrect. After double checking my call log, which definitely stated 9:39pm (to be exact). She gets an attitude because I am unhappy that my pizza has not arrived yet an hour and 25 minutes later!! I asked if my pizza will now be free seeing that I still do not have a pizza. She tells me she can give me $5 off. I dont believe $5 off is acceptable for no service in due amount of time. After continuing to go back and forth with an attitude she informs me to tell the driver to call her once my pizza arrives. Once my pizza arrives and I call the manager back, the store is now closed. Oh because they closed at 11pm! I will be calling back tomorrow. Do not order pizza from this location. I used to pride pizza hut for being fast, on time and having great customer service. All of those qualities seem to not exist anymore.
