Got a royal cheesecake blizzard. That was disappointing in itself. The cherry filling only went a couple inches deep and the bottom half the blizzard was almost completely vanilla nice ice cream. The other problem was the manager. He was openly berating an employee behind the counter. Apparently shes new or something, but take that in the back, okay? Or speak softly, Im half deaf and I could still hear you from the opposite wall. Maybe thats why my blizzard sucked: the manager pissed her off before she went to go make it.

I have never been here and had my order correct. Tonight was the worst. I ordered a cheeseburger meal with a small twist in a cup. They repeated my order twice at the drive through and once at the window. I got home and had a chicken sandwich and a vanilla ice cream. They also forgot to give me my drink. When I went back inside for my drink there was 3 other people in there that got their orders messed up. Stay away from this place.

This is by far the best Diary Queen Ive ever been to. Very clean, well maintained and good looking on the outside and inside. Staff was professional though young, and asked a supervisor about our coupon question. The gravy I get usually looks like its been sitting under a warmer in the cup or something, but this location gave me great looking gravy, and even the extra I asked for was good too.

The cashier we had didnt understand English that well and kept having to ask another Spanish person what we asked for or what button to press on the register. One of our orders had peanut butter in it and was very little when we asked for more the cashier said oh we ran out. It would have been nice for her to tell us that they were out and if we wanted another topping.

First, the drive threw guy spilled my Coke on me and said "I guess the wind knocked the top off because I put it on there." They got my order wrong. Once I got back to work I open my fries and there are pieces of old paper from a straw that someone had opened in my fries.... not the top actually in my fries. Disgusting. I tried calling and no one will answer......

Awful. I live less than ONE single mile. And this is what I got when I got home. For the third time in a row. They didnt even get the order correctly. I ordered the extreme chocolate. And got vanilla ice cream with only chocolate chips. Rip off and not worth your time. Customer service is cheap too. Not helpful. I definitely will not ever be returning.

Horrible service and incompetent staff. The drive thru was back up for a half hour, its fast food, I was better off going to a restaurant and waiting for a fresh cooked meal. There are machines that do all the work, way does it take so long to get out an order, its not like theyre back there curning ice by hand. Absolutely unbelievable!!

If youre going to have sign holders directing customers in rush hour traffic, please be able to give me my order IN FULL fast. I had to wait 10 minutes for fries, but the employee only brought me a burger and fry. No ice cream or diet coke. Fifteen minutes later, Im finally on my way home.

We have given this location three chances and each time our order is so far from right its ridiculous. The people behind us in line even marvel at how we were served something so different from what they heard us order! Never again! Go inside Cumberland Mall instead.

Took 10 minutes to get through the drive through I had to repeat my self multiple times at the speaker and everything time the guy read it back he had it wrong pulled up to the window and my order was still wrong this place sucks

i do not know what these people are talking about but this location is great! it does get a bit busy but the employees are the best. they have a great staff. come in once a week to get a blizzard and its amazing every time.

I grew up in NJ and Dairy Queen is very popular. Here in GA I went to few of them and much to my surprise at everyone of the locations they had no chocolate soft serve or cherry dip only chocolate
