Lower your expectations! I visited this location right at 12p on a Sunday with a very limited line and was asked to hold. I should have know then it was going to be a disappointing experience. After a few minutes the girl takes my order. I pull around and this girl looks like she hates life. You could see she would rather be anywhere but at her job. As I pay for my food, she hands me back my card and three whole napkins. I have orders $12 worth of food between two people, and by my math thats 1.5 napkins per person. Thats not enough for Taco Bell. As the window worker holds my bag and talks to another employee I see her squeezing the bag and checking to see if its all there. So when I get handed the bag, I check to see if its all there. This look comes over this girls face because Im checking behind her, she clearly has a problem. I get her attention so I can ask the manager, who is now standing beside her for more napkins and I ask her if she has a problem. She raises her voice which causes me to raise my voice and yell her what I think about her. Along with all this drama - they dont even heat up there burritos enough to melt the shredded cheese. Needless to say I will not be going back to the "hood" Taco Bell.

This Taco Bell is pretty bad. Everything on here about the service is true. No matter what time of day, its beyond slow. I have been in drive thru texting people about how long its taking and 20 minutes later, Im still texting. Theres been quite a number of times where they have been out of simple items, even chips???? Today, the the drive thru order taker asked what I wanted and after I told him the steakhouse nachos, asked me what I wanted to drink. I told him I just wanted the nachos, and didnt tell me my total before I drove up. He told me the price, which was $8. I told him thats not true because I didnt order a combo and I told you that. No apologies or anything, hes like oh, Ill change it because I didnt think you specified. Bunch of idiots at this place. Avoid if you can.

Just ordered one Mexican pizza and thats it. I got no fork and knife, but I did get a straw. I had to ask for them to cut the pizza. The girl at the window said "cut it?" Like it was a special request. She took it back to the line and they cut it for me, but it came back hacked to pieces, and I had to eat it with my hands like I was groveling for scraps in prison. The manager was very nice about wanting to make my order right next time, but I have never had a good experience here so you can apologize and give me free food all you want, ill go to Arbys across the street or drive all the way to Hamilton Mill just to avoid this sorry excuse for a food service establishment.

So we have tried this on 3 different occasions thinking maybe there were circumstances beyond the control of the workers... Never again. Not only have I waited between 15 and 25 minutes in the drive thru but all three times the person at the window was rude and the order was wrong. I understand having a bad day or getting backed up but there were only two other people in the drive thru on all of those occasions and many of the people who were behind me pulled out and left because they were tired of waiting. The owner of this franchise needs to seriously clean house fire everyone thats in there and hire a whole new staff because this is ridiculous.

Dont let the new exterior fool you. Its the only thing that has improved. Service is still horrible. I had to repeat my order 3 times before it was repeated back to me correctly, then waited 20+ minutes in the drive through. Not only then to receive my order that was wrong. I have been reminded why I quit coming to this Taco Bell months before the "remodel." Perhaps they should spend their money on training the employees first. For poor customer service is far more worse then an outdated building. This will be the last time the Winder Taco Bell will be getting any of my money.

I dont believe u should b required to give them a star to post a review especially when they dont have negative stars on there. This place is absolutely horrible...customer service.. quality of food "even if they get ur right" WHICH IS HIGHLY UNLIKELY!! And if u go through the drive thru...make sure u have plenty of gas in ur car.. I live 3 minutes from this taco hell...but will be driving to Bethlehem from now on

This Taco Bell is a disaster. It was recently remodeled and had its staff replaced, which I was excited for because the previous customer service was awful. It seems though that nothing has changed. The wait time is god awful. 45 minutes for two tacos? Jesus Christ. It seems like theres only 1 person running the store at all times. Its god awful.

Ive been in the drive thru for twenty minutes. They take way too long. Whenever I go to the drive thru in the morning, no one answers. One time we waited several minutes, only to find ALL the workers outside chatting in the parking lot. Only good thing is the food, if they get it right. Yall need to step up yalls game.

Will no go there again! 1. There service is awful, couldnt use the drive through so had to go inside, then no body would wait on me. 2. Prices are too high compared to other TBs. 3. When I got my tacos each shell was crushed. 4. When I was leaving I over heard an employee giving out food to a customers.

These people are nothing but idiots. On numerous occasions I have had issues from no nacho cheese on my nachos belgrande, no red sauce on my mexican pizza, burnt burritos and completely wrong orders. Dont go here clearly these people have no clue what theyre doing and it hasnt changed in months.

Worst service from a Taco Bell. I was just told there would be a 20 minute wait for food and that they were no longer taking orders. This is the slowest Taco Bell location I have seen. Every time I go, it takes a very long time to get my food with only a few cars in front of mine.

The worse service ever. Slow as can be and order is always wrong. I was just in the drive thru line and they told me there was a 20 minute wait and there not taking anymore orders. There was only 4 cars in front of me. I wish management or corporate would fix this crap hole.
