Three strikes and you are out Cracker Barrel. First one in Durham, North Carolina served milk and the carton it was in smell sour. Cracker Barrel in Burlington, North Carolina has poor service....we were seated one hour before our drink order was taken. The Cracker Barrel on I-85 between Pelza, South Carolina and the Mall of Georgia Exit has very poor service. I was taken to the dinning room to be seated at a table and I was seated in a rocking chair at the checker board while others were passing by to also be seated. I waited for the waitress to come back to get me and never did get a table or eat. After being passed by for 20 min. I got up and left. By the way, I ate at the Outback Steak House in the same block and was serviced and out in 30 min. " WTG Outback"!!!!!

Went to Cracker Barrel in Commerce to eat lunch. A storm came through as we were entering the restaurant. It also began to hail, thunder, and lightning. We felt as if we would be safer inside. The power went off inside. The Manager was in clear panic mode. Very rude to those inside advising they would not be served and if we went out we could not come back in. We knew we would not be able to eat as we wanted to stay until the storm passed. It did pass within 15 minutes. This Manager certainly needs emergency training on how to deal with such situations.

My husband and I had a terrible experience at this location. I ordered fish and it tasted so disturbing, I had to send it back (this was the first time Ive ever sent something back to the kitchen at a restaurant!). I then ordered a bbq sandwich; what eventually came out to me after a long period of waiting was a small scoop of microwaved pre-packaged Loyds BBQ slapped between some bread. Overall, the food was way overpriced for the quality and portions they served. There was also no effort on the part of the staff to remedy the situation.

No Customer service. We ordered a medium rare burger and chicken tenders. They both came out burnt. We sent them back and the burger was still well done. So we ordered pancakes instead. The manager finally showed up and didnt even apologize for the problem or ask us if there was anything he could do, just told us our new order was on the way. The waitress would ask us how everything was as she was moving away. I know they have a job to do but we are paying them.

The food is always phenomenal! The employees are so kind and welcoming, as well as helpful and understanding. The atmosphere is great, and it is always clean. Even other customers are great to be around. Almost every time I go in there, a customer is paying for another random customers meal. Someone has paid for mine before, and I have paid for a families before. Its just always a pleasant experience all around. It really makes you want to come back!

The food is good, but waiting for a party of six lasts an hour. I dont care how good the food is. In Commerce, the wait is unacceptable. When my grandfather gets impatient, he waits silently in front of the booth. They ignore him after they tell him it will be fifteen minutes. It wont be fifteen minutes.

Nasty food. Not warm at all ! This is 2nd time gone there. I talked to manager before I walked out. Told him meatloaf cold and butter for biscuits frozen. Same thing as 1st time I went there almost a month before! Dont know what their problem is. There will not be a third time.

Food was horrible and service was as well. A can of cat food or a pile of crap would have tasted better... 3rd time giving this place a chance last time was raw chicken and the time before the food was burnt. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.Buy a can of pet food instead...

I really love their food. This particular location has very friendly people. Only once we got a waitress that was more interested in one customer than the rest of us, but still overall we were happy with our meal. Always enjoy that Coca Cola cake!
