I had my girlfriend go to pick up a burrito supreme and a spicy tostado. All I got was the burrito supreme cause they forgot it. I cant get out of bed because I just had a procedure and the girlfriend has to work early so it looks like I get to starve tonight and then when I called to complain cause I am going to complain they are laughing in the phone and saying they cant hear me. When i say maybe if you were laughing and concentrated on the phone call your answering you could hear me and she hands the phone to someone else saying I dont want to talk to him he is being rude. Im rude, really? She answers the phone laughing and doesnt stop for and everyone is being extremely loud laughing in the back round. HHMMMM wonder how the f*&ked the order up. I have been to this taco bell before. I check my order cause they always screw it up but my Chinese girlfriend that never buys fast food didnt know any better. They offered to give me a tostada plus another item. Unfortunately the girlfriend will not go back and Im starving so now I am going to order a sub from somewhere and cant got get the food that I paid for. Idiots.

November 17, 2014 the Taco Bell in Wixom, Michigan around 8 PM, has lost a loyal customer. If the fact that they are constantly playing around in the back while paying customers are waiting for their food upwards of 10-20 minutes isnt bad enough, they are typing in the wrong order. When you call them out on their mistake they sit there with a grin on and and argue with you. When a polite worker from the back brings me the corrected part of my order that was wrong and says youre all set, the dumb ass that was on the register cops an attitude and says Im going to have to pay for it and "you aint taking both." This is after the 2nd guy said I was good to go. The complaint isnt that my order was wrong, but how the situation was handled. Very poorly!

Theyre open till 4am, arrived at 2 and theres 3 people outside smoking... they see me and 2 other cars come in so they go back inside.... then ignored us completely. I actually called and they said they had to close early because they had no manager to close.... ummm... then how are you there?? Also, after informing me of them being closed early she then just hung up. No apology. No have a good night. Just click. Theyve always been slow, but this was ridiculous. Lazy liars. If a manger had to leave early and close up, then you three wouldnt be still there, being paid to smoke while the building is unlocked.

Pack your patience if you are craving that burrito. This Taco Bell gets 2 stars because I really wanted to eat some Taco Bell so I dont technically "hate it". However, like all others have mentioned, I waited 20+ minutes - in fact, I waited 34 minutes on my most recent trip. When you pull up to place your order - be prepared for "Ill be with you in a minute". On average its easily 10-30 minute wait so if you are craving TB, find another one to go to or settle for McDonalds, Arbys, or Burger King just across the street.

I dont expect great customer service, its taco Bell. But the employees are friendly and willing to get your order correct. All the food Ive had here was up to standard and yummy. Love the crunch wraps!!!!! The inside could use a refill on the sauces, and the one time I went here for breakfast their coffee was terrible ( to be expected) but the breakfast crunch wrap was crazy good.

Not the fastest taco bell but one of the better tasting. Been going to this particular Taco Bell for a couple years now. Wife works nearby and we frequent for lunch and dinner. Sometimes the food takes 10 min+ sometimes 5 never the same and its always at random times of the day no consistency. But the food is always prepared well just wish it was faster.

I need to stop going here. Especially drive thru. Please check you order before you leave the drive thru. I dont go too often and when I go I am always in a hurry and they always miss an item or screw up my order and I mean every single time. And then I cant go back since I am already too far. I guess this is how they turn a profit!

Every time I go here, they get my order wrong. About a month ago, I ordered #7 (quesadilla meal), and it has no sauce at all and the cheese wasnt melted. The soft to a was a mess. Looked like they just threw it on a shell and handed it to me. Now Im afraid to go back and waste my money.

Me and friends have been turned away service from associates smoking in the parking lot. I also just experienced associates hiding from the drive thru window and refused to get my order during business hours. Ill be sure to let my friends and family know how I was treated.

If I could give it no stars, I would!!! We sat at the drive thru speaker for 15 minutes with no one in front of us and NO ONE taking our order or even answering when we said hello several times. AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL customer service!!! Hello Burger King!

I love Taco Bell and this is the only one around me, which is the ONLY reason I visit this location! Slooooooowwww service, orders are usually wrong or missing items. And manager are very mean to employees, no wonder they have no desire to do well!

Went for drive through and received totally wrong order. I was handed over a bag and just before it was given to me, the person looked into the bag and gave it to me. I only found out after ten minutes when I got home that it was all wrong.

Never gives the right amount of change not sure if they are scamming or cant count and always takes 20+ mins and workers arent doing whats asked for their customers as i clearly see them fooling around when they should be working.

Service is terrible, food accuracy is close to 0% and the lobby closed early because 15 people wasnt enough to run the place. Plus most of the employees pants were around their ankles...... Never will I come here agian!

I waited 25+ minutes for $10 worth of food to get busted up chips, and a doubledilla with no meat in two of the slices. Total waste of time and money. Slowest, and by far the worst Taco Bell experience Ive ever had.

Food is cold on delivery, and asked for a small special order of tomatoes on a hard taco and did not receive that but got charged extra for it. Maybe employ a better staff that could provide a better service.
