Yesterday I went in to get the Tuna sandwich, they stated they were out of the sandwhich bun and to pick a bagel instead. Totally understandable, and I chose the last everything bagel on the shelf. While waiting I over heard another customer come in and ask for the everything bagel before making my sandwhich. They gave the other customer the everything bagel and put my sandwich on another type of bagel. I didnt say anything and left thinking its just a misunderstanding its not a big deal. Today I went in and order the same thing, a tuna sandwhich with the regular rye bread, an everything bagel with cream cheese, and tea. One of the workers goes "here you go" with one bagel in the bag, when I asked her what it was she said it was an tuna on everything bagel wih added cream cheese. I stated maybe you heard me wrong but this is actually what I wanted. Her response was, "yeah you ordered your food wrong." Out of curiosity how does one order food wrong? I bit my tongue and let it be even though she still managed to get my order wrong AGAIN after remaking my order. To add to everything else as I was walking out she went up to another coworker to gossip about me and then loudly talk about another time she messed up another customers the order. The entire staff needs better training on how to listen to the customers and how to handle a mix up. Highly disappointing.

Been here a couple times trying to give it another shot; each time I get awful service. Each team member will give you attitude & when I tried to get my bill fixed this morning it was met with long sighs & rude comments. When this particular team member went to tell the manager about it she talked rudely about me & my family while we were standing infront of her. Absolutely will tell friends & fanily to avoid his location.

I love Einstein bagels. I didnt give this one a 5 because sometimes the bagels from this location are hit and miss. On one occasion, I received a green chili bagel that was under baked and doughy. I also find that at this location, if you get a bagel with cream cheese, they really dont put enough cream cheese on the bagel, Id recommend ordering it with extra.

The server tossed my food on the beverage counter instead of placing it into my hands. The bag was soaked and when I told her that it was rude and disrespectful she replied "oh" I called corporate and yet have I heard back from anyone from this location. Ill never return to this location after being offended by worker.

Every time I go here I have to wait forever this morning they have 4 people walking around and a 10 minute line waiting to order. They have good food but its a wait every time I come in here its not worth the time

Every Saturday I go before 9am and buy a dozen everything bagels and 9 out of 10 times they are completely out. So, I drive to the other location in Plymouth and they always have them ready.
