Every time I go its mediocre service. Normally a young person will forget this or forget that. This is not a problem considering I go to the (Sports Bar) to watch sports and have few beer and wings. The problem I have and reason I stopped going is they dont show national Sports. Have gone several times to watch an event only to be told its not on. I finally asked why and was told its too much money to order the big boxing match or order the big game. This most recent time the competitor located in Trussville was Sold Out yet Pell City not even showing the event. I thought it was the chain but on the franchises website they claim to be showing the fights. Horrendus for a restaurant to only be open 1 year and already not showing main events.

I would have to say it was our first time eating there and also our last. The waitress brought out the drinks set them on the table then spilled the whole tray about 6 drinks in my husbands lap. All he received was an apology. The manager was not notified of the incident by the staff. They were busy and we were with a party of 7 it took about an hour to get our food. It was mediocre. After calling to speak with the manager about our experience we were told to come back and they would make it right however Im not confident that would even change our mind.

Great evening out. Good food , service was friendly and prompt , live music by a single guitar/singer was very enjoyable. Management ( Chris if memory serves) stopped by table with a short cordial visit and chat and made sure all was well. And of course, big screens everywhere with football, baseball, soccer, boxing, Tour de France, SEC Media Days.......Just what we always get at Pell City BWW......Weve never been disappointed.....

This was the first and last time I will ever go to a Buffalo wild wings. Server was friendly but the food was horrible. After waiting almost an hour for our food it was cold. The chips were cold and soggy, the burger was not as ordered, there was a hair in my sons fries, and my granddaughters flat bread was hard and inedible. The manager never came to the table after being requested. It was an awful experience!!!

We stopped in for dinner on the second day they were open. The staff was friendly and efficient. Our orders were taken quickly and our server stopped by frequently to check on us and keep us updated on our order. Our meals were hot and well prepared. A great addition to the local restaurant selection.

Very friendly staff and the food was served promptly and done to my taste. I love that I can mix the sauces and create my own unique taste. I have been to many Bdubs across the country and Pell City ranks in the top tier . I cant wait until my next visit.

Place is way too expensive for the portion sizes. Food was okay but nothing amazing. Waitress was super nice but restaurant is extremely loud. We may do carry out on the wings only in the future but I dont think we will be dining in again.

Ate here last night. Wings were great, of course. Hamburger was bland although the veggies in it were fresh. Corn dog bites were bland. The fries were average. Good service. Paid about what you would expect from this type of restaurant.

Expensive but quality nor quantity reflects this. Had a great server though the atmosphere is great (if your into sports), and overall the place looked really nice(many many tvs). Would not recommend, for eating at least.

Went there April 8th staff was very nice appetizers were very good, I had fried pickles my husband had mozzarella sticks I had the buffalo blue burger it was OK it and the fries could have had more flovor

Really enjoy B Dub. My wife and I share an appetizer and usually a small order of wings. Caribbean jerk is very flavorful with some heat. Medium has the right amount of zing.
