I went to this BK today ( 4 Sept 2016) and at the drive-thru order window, I specifically asked "Is your Icee Machine working today?" and was told "Yes, we have icees." So, I placed my order and when it came to drinks, guess what ??!! Yes, "Sorry, our Icee Machine isnt working today." Grrrrrr.....
So, I ordered soft drinks instead.

Dont go to this burger King they are all rude the service sucks the management is crap and she is very rude to everyone the crew members are 2 faced and could possibly spit in your food if your on your phone when you order or for even the smallest mess up on there end. The only positive thing about this location is 3 people who work at this store them 3 are very kind. Them 3 even have to put up with being mistreated by crew and management... please if you want good service go elsewhere.

Everytime I come here they have 2 Televisions BLARING a heavily Republican biast Fox News. EVERYTIME. AND BLARING LOUD! There could a tigers game on local event. No Fox news on 1k decibles. The last time i just got up and turnred the TV off. But still had the other blaring from across the restaurant. Workers excessively loud to about personal issues but thats i can deal with. A blasting fox news when im trying to relax and eat throught the week

I work the opening shift and I come to BK at 4 A.M. I always hear this "Im sory but we are currently only accepting cash at this time" Really? This is 2013 and you can only accept cash? Wow! Anyway, Ill be going next door to McDonalds where my debit card is always accepted. Too bad to because I feel like a flame broiled burger once in a while :(

The order takers are rude, you cant see your order on the screen, they miss items after you pay for your order, its just not a good experience. I could see only 4 people inside the place, and I was the only customer in the drive thru, and they took a long time for my order. But aside from all that, they do have good food.

It is rare they disappointed me. Now and then if yearning late night the fries may not be the hottest. Besides that the overall good is good and they are fast at serving. The drive through can be a bit slow at times but overall I like the place.

The man who took are order rolled his eyes while we were asking a question and was very rude. The manager and staff were leaning on the counters the whole time we were eating. Food was horrible very dry didnt taste good food was over cooked

Lets see. I waited almost 10 minutes for someone to take my order and then takes another 10 minutes to get it. Then my sandwhich was old so i had them remake it and then the guy just flat out forgot about it. Super shity service

On three separate occasions they have either forgotten some of my food or messed up a sandwich. Also i have to pull up and wait for my food every time. They are so slow, but they are close and my kids love burger king.

went to this store when no one else was there and lobby was closed early (9 pm). took the guy 9 minutes to take my order and then i asked to pay for 2 orders separate, he told me no and that i could only place one.

Food was terrible, not fresh at all, burger tasted like it was sitting for hours. Also the beverage dispenser machine was being repaired and the repairmen left the other machine filthy with soda all over it
