The Friday night staff at this Burger King is young, rude, and unprofessional. After going through the drive thru ordering process I ended up asking for a refund while I was waiting for my food but after I heard the drive thru girl yell to the back "Its the rude lady". No way am I going to eat food from there after that. And all of this while the supposed manager, a young man not much older than the girl, saw and did nothing. I know good help is hard to find but surely there is better help than that. I worked drive thru for 5 years in college. Its not hard to do the job without being rude. You are only interacting with the people for less than 3 minutes total.

I got here at 5 minutes to opening time door was locked staffing seen me but no reactions so at 7Am I grabbed the door and it was locked then staffer came and let me in with no good morning so I gave up a good morning without one in return, so after a brief look at the menu I asked what all came on a sausage and pancake platter the staffer described the ultimate platter , so after the clear up I went with the ultimate , and to make this long story short I ended up with a hair in my food..⏬

I recieved bad customer service today at the burger king on Lawrenceville Hwy in Tucker, GA, the manager on duty at 9:45pm on December 19, 2914 was especially rude and unaccomodating. The over 10 minute wait that I had for my food couldve been easily amended by good customer service. Its kind of shocking how the cashier in the drive thru and the young man cleaning inside were more courteus and accomodating than the manager in charge.

During lunch time that crew is on a role. Although my burger was warm it was still good and was prepared the way I asked. Excellent customer service. The lady named Jacquelyn was so sweet and making sure everybody was taken care of.
