*** FOOD POISONED ***--- let me say it again, FOOD POISONED --- DO NOT EAT HERE!!! I went here to eat a few days ago and got food poisoning, I didnt even eat any meat, I had green beans, potatoes, and corn on the cobb, which means obviously the employees are not washing their hands. Whats worse, I called to report the incident to the manager, to try to protect others from the same fate, and she pretty much ignored everything I said and hung up.

I stg my chicken sandwich (zinger) was cold. Not warm, not room temperature it was cold like when you put chicken in the fridge and get hungry in the night and take a little piece straight out the refrigerator. There was only 4 people working, one at the window one on the grill, one putting the food together who was also on the register and finally the one walking in the lobby drinking water, NEVER AGAIN

bad customer service...manager was unprofessional and rude...purchased two meals wanted to substitute thigh for breast they wouldnt do it ...instead they charged me another $3.00 just for a breast only....in other words I purchased two dinners and had to pay $3 extra to get a breast....dissatisfied customer....they need more training in customer service.

Good customer service but got my order wrong. I ordered a sweet tea, they gave me unsweetened tea. I ordered a Nashville Hot Little sandwich, they gave me original. No spoon, fork, or napkins in the bag at all. Ive been to this location plenty of times before a couples of months back and I never had these issues before. Im very disappointed.

All I have to say is everyone in that store should be fired. Including the manager by the name Dominique she should never have the opportunity to a manager anywhere for anyone her attitude sucks and corporate is allowing this. I will never go here ever again everyone thats reading this avoid going to this particular location.

Its 11:09pm and they are closed. All of their signs say open til 12am. Came by last week same time and they told me they were out of the items I asked for and the truck is supposed to come the next day....it looked like they had already shut everything down early again ..smh

Very poor service! This place never has chicken and always requires a 16 to 20 minutes wait! The service sucks & very bad attitudes. I can clearly see why Chick fil laya has KFC in revenue, service & quality! See were Ill be going!
