They are often busy, but it doesnt slow them down. Ive been going there for years and Ive havent really had a bad experience. The only issue is when you do call in an order you have to make sure they get it to you. Sometimes it ends up in a bag above the fries just sitting there. On one or two occasions Ive had to ask "Is that my food"?

Uhh I dont personally like Five guys food, because its REALLY greasy BUT HOWEVER, the customer service is GREAT! I went there last night, and it was somewhat busy and I saw this young lady, I believe her name was Briana and she managed to take several orders, clean and still ask my family how we were. Keep up the great work!

Good burgers more fries than you can eat. Staff is friendly but they got my order slightly wrong. Its okay it happens with big orders not gonna hate on that but it does cost them a perfect score. They have a Coca Cola Freestyle which should be mandatory in all fast food places.

Top five burgers hands down. Customize your burger just the way you want. Enjoy the greasy fries and fattening burger (I say this in a good way). Enjoy it once in a while, wouldnt recommend to eat this good regularly. (Anything that taste this good cant be good for you).

Order a couple of times and they remember your name! The burgers are always juicy and seasoned perfectly. The fries are thick cut and yum. I usually order after 7pm and the night crew is always friendly and awesome. Great place. Love the Tucker Five Guys!

Your delicious greasy burger with several topping choices like A1 sauce. An order of fries is good enough for two people and the burgers are loaded. They have the Coke fountain with the touchscreen. The tables arent always clean and the service is okay.

Worst five guys in town. Burger has so much ketchup ( only topping ) that its soggy and dripping. Ordered fries extra extra crispy. Employee repeated it back then didnt bother to put it on order. They were half cooked and greasy. Will not go back.

Two stars just bkue its five guys.. but my burger was undercooked... asked for reg fried they gave me little.. and worst of all the employee go outside and smoke weed on their break... need new management... and new cooks....

Hands down the best burger for the price :-) I love that you get to build the burger just the way you want it, and its always cooked to perfection with a side of delicious Cajun fries! This is a great place to go and eat.

Its sad how good these burgers are compared to the crap people buy in trendier spots. No frills counter service burgers made to order, with free peanuts and refillable fountain drinks. Clean, simple, delicious.
