I will also not be returning to this Longhorn Steakhouse. We waited forever to be seated and were also told they were busy when its very clear to see how busy they are or are not. We kept asking when we would be sat and they said shortly, however, they were really busy so it would be a few more minutes. (which they werent) There were ten of us dinning I understand this is a big number but they put us at a round table for all of us to fit at. They didnt have to pull tables together and get chairs etc. so again confused as to why it took so long to sit us. Then when we got our rolls before the woman left (not our waitress) we asked if we could get more considering there were 10 of us. We all want more than one piece each. Her reply and I quote "lets see how you do with these first" .....uhhh excuse me? I think we are all paying customers and if we want more bread then get us more bread. Our server was okay. She was very nice just not up to beat. We were there for a birthday dinner and wanted to try something new. Wrong choice on our part. There food was really good however from the time we got there, sat down, got our food and ate we were there for almost three hours. I understand it is a nice restaurant but come on. 3 hours??? I only rated it a two because the food was so good besides the food I would have made it a one star.

I will not be returning to this Longhorn Steakhouse, and honestly I probably wont eat at any LHSH location. We waited 40 minutes to be seated and it was not busy at all. We asked multiple time about being seated and contemplated leaving. There were 8 of us I understand, but we called ahead of time twice to let them know we were coming (since they dont take reservations.) The staff was snooty to us. When a lady dropped bread off to our table we asked for more because there were so many of us and she replied with, "we will see how it goes." When we received our food there was a steak that was not cooked correctly, and they had to put another one on. For the service we received, it was extremely overpriced and there was not much alcohol in the drinks. On our way out, my dad talked to the manager and she did not seem sympathetic to our bad experience at all. We were not offered a gift card or anything that would help to mend the situation. I know the value of a Google Review and wouldnt write one unless I felt strongly for or against a business. I think other people should consider going elsewhere as to avoid a bad experience. Luckily, the company was nice and that was the only good part of the night. Not happy and will not be returning, Id rather go to Texas Roadhouse.

Today my husband and I decided to use our gift certificate to have a quick lunch before the Iowa Football game. The parking lot was bare as well as the inside. The server was great but the food was not. First off the server said they were out of French fries? What, out of French Fries, okay? After that everything went down hill. We ordered an appetizer and 30 minutes later our meal came out. My husbands soup had been sitting awhile due to the crust on it and he sent it back. I ordered my burger with a little pink on the inside, what I got was a burger that was raw. I ordered a salad thinking I would have it before my burger, nope it came out with my burger! I sent my burger back and got an overdone burger that was too hard too eat. We paid our bill of $33 and decided we wont go back there again. Overpriced, services was slow, horrible food, dont waste your time going here.

Tried it for the first time and the seasoning on our steaks was so much, we were scrapping it off. Salads were brown and not fresh, also over dressed! Spoke to a manager and they apologized, removed the charge for dinner and offered us a gift card to come back and try it again, which I sincerely appreciate. Great customer service. Our waiter was fantastic as well. We went a few months later and asked our waiter to make sure the seasoning was light. He made a comment such as youve been here before huh? This baffled me, so they know they are using way too much?! Steaks were fine but we have never returned since.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would, it is impossible to get any sort of service. We were a party of two seated on a non busy night after 10 minutes no one had yet to come and take our drink order, or ask if we were ready to order, yet we could see several servers standing around talking. So we got up and left, we told the hostess on the way out about the bad service, she again did not respond, so we called the store and the assistant manager apologized, and requested my email address, so the Store manager could follow up, 3 days later still no follow up, do not waste your time at this location.

Food was barely warm to room temperature. How can a baked sweet potato be just warm for the first few bites? Usually they come very hot. Then it was room temperature soon. The ribs were not even what I would call warm for the first rib. The sauce on the ribs was just okay and looked swiped on before served. The waitress spilled my wine as she was serving it. Yes that can happen and I understand that. To NOT wipe it up, I dont understand as I know she saw that she did miss the glass. Then she set our carry out container in the spill. We wont be visiting again and would not recommend it.

Beer was cold, Ordered a medium rare 8 oz. Flat Iron steak, very good thick cut, sent it back it was raw and cold in middle, the steamed broccoli was fresh but cold, the baked potatoe was so cold the ball of butter was hard. This was my first time eating here, not impressed with steak cooked on flat top grill, apparently they dont have qualified cooks that know the difference between meat tempratures, the vegies and potatoe shouldnt be microwaved LONGHORN Ive just added you to the list of bad steakhouse Texas Road house OutBack etc... Commercialized Chain Restuarants They all suck

Ordered our steaks medium rare. Salad (specialty salad) was not given instead the steaks were just put in front of us. Prime rib was medium done. Managers reply was that he would want it that way. Who does he think he is? It is not his steak to eat! Waiter did not apologize for not bringing out ANY salad. His reply was that things like happen. Five dollars for a hefty bill was deducted which was insulting besides the inappropriate customer service. Will NEVER eat this place again and will not promote.

We paid $84 for this? Very disappointed. The best part was our waitress, thankfully, or we wouldve walked out. The hostess was rude, and it was very apparent that she didnt want to be there from the moment we walked in to when we left. The food was mediocre besides the steak which was good, but I can get the same for cheaper at a competitor. We drove from Amana to eat here, but we learned that for us it was definitely not worth the money we spent. Maybe it was just a bad day there?
