A friend and I ordered the zinger big box meal and my experience was nothing less than awful. First, let me say that the employees are nice and friendly, but I swear it was their fist day on the job. It took 10 minutes to order my food after we walked in. Not a big deal. After we ordered our food there was a 7 minute wait for the zinger meal, again no big deal. I like fresh chicken. 20 minutes later our food was finally ready. I opened my box and I had just my zinger and chicken leg. No sides or biscuit. I told the young lady we didnt have any sides she looked at us like we were crazy. The young man behind the counter was nice enough to give us the sides that came with our meal. They also didnt have mac and cheese, but I am not worried about that. Not a great experience. Good friendly people, but that doesnt help bring back the 45 minutes I spent at a fast food joint. Not coming back especially during the night time. Again, friendly people just horrible timing on bringing my food and not getting my order correctly. And I added chesse and bacon to my zinger, there was a half strip of bacon and no cheese. $1 wasted...

Complete garbage customer service! They serve your food with an complete attitude! First off, went through drive thru there was no one there at all empty asf, eventually one car came behind me. Didnt get my receipt was told to pull up and eventually had to park because the 1 car that was behind me had to pull up and park too... again there was literally no one there for them to have people waiting! So I went inside to not only get my receipt but get my dry ass food! Only to be greeted once again with a attitude from all staff! If looks could kill everybody that walk in that place would die! Finally get my receipt and of course wasnt the original just to get home and eat dry ass old ass 5$ 2 pc bucket like really??? They made it seem like they was making my food fresh or some having me park like they were oooh soo busy! Will never ever go here again!!!

I will not be going back there, ever again!! Today 7-23-16 around 12:00 pm, I went through the drive-thru and bought a two piece white... I got back to my office, the biscuit was dry, my soda flat... I went to take the top off the cup and pour out the soda, my heart dropped because I had a fruit fly (gnat) in my cup :(... I tried calling the store for almost 30-40 mins to inform the manager but the phone stayed busy for almost 40 mins straight so I gave up... Never going back!!!!!

The food is NEVER hot the girl in the drive through is rude as hell , I told her thank you and she slammed the window lol , but her attitude is always stank , its like the early shift just makes everything sloppy as hell , its absolutely pathetic , I mean be happy youre frying chicken things could be a lot worse and if u dont like people dont work in customer service

The service is super poor here. Everyone has attitudes and then they take forever to get you the food. I dont eat here but I go for my mom and out of the 2 times I went it was the same. When my mother get her food shes always disappointed by it either being cold, getting something she hasnt ordered, being dry or uncooked. This location needs to do way better

Just came here. The food was cold, the cookies are hard as bricks. They cant even get our drinks right. This is the second time weve came here, and had a bad experience; never again. What is it with Stone Mountain having such lazy fast food workers? I guess its time to drive to another town.

Terrible customer service am a chicken tenders go Cups were still cold and not tender it was almost like biting to raw chicken and when I asked the manager to fix my food she asked me to bring my food back up there so she can replace it and I told her Im not close

Worst service ever!! Food was cold, wasnt given everything that comes with the meal and no fork no straw had to wait 5 mins just for the lady to get me hot sauce and she rolled her eyes when giving it to me. Never going there again.

This place sucks. The employees are rude. Whoever owns this needs to throw some money back and get into something else because I doubt this will last. The manager ignored me when I asked for sauce and it took an hour to get our food.

They will give you old food you have to check your food make sure its ok because i have had bad experience with them giving me wrong food and drive back to them to correct it dont go here not safe
