I use to work from may 2016 to November 2016. Worst job I ever had. The manager does not have enough people on shifts and never changes it. Some days I had to work cashier and cook food at the same time. I feel bad for the customers who have to wait for food. Now I cant lie some customers do be changing their orders a lot and its hard for the cooks. When I said I never quit on anything in my life. This was the first one that did. Manager called me 10 times to come on my off day. Then gets mad at me for not getting out speedy service. Well I was the only person in the kitchen. Do I recommend eating at this place. Hell nah I dont. This cause me to drink every week but now I dont anymore. Dont ever work for an fast food place like this again.

Its like i discover a new kind of awful every week. So yes, I realise I should know by now, how much can I expect from food being served out of a window? Its news to me that this species of meat even exists. I was thinking perhaps the Nature, or New Scientist journals should run a peer-reviewed analysis on it. I cant call it a burger; u see its more of a paste. Kinda like it was squeezed out of a tube. Then again, you get 4 of them as a meal for $5 so i suppose its like one of those CIA black ops sites, where its just better not to know, or to forget... People oh people, this food is keeping u down in the gutter. How can u expect social mobility when ur body is spending the week purging itself of this crud?

Incredibly disappointed. Ive been craving me some Krystals. Been eating them for almost 50 years (just not very often). First batch the buns were really stale, I even think they might have tried to toast them (they are supposed to be steamed). Took them back and got a fresh batch... buns were cold. Not the way I remember them. Got my money back and left. No thank you and sorry... Dont try this location.

Waited 20mins for 2 sack fulls after they asked us to pull out car up. As we sat and watched other cars that pulled up waaay later than we did pull off with their food. I asked for ketchup on my cheese Krystals and they didnt put it and the cheese on them was cold and hard then when my sister went back in to check the guys were flirty and harassing her. It was a complete mess.

I usually dont submit reviews but i think this krystal is in desperate need of change.The krystal burgers were cold and the cheese was not melted. They dont taste the same like they used to its almost like they are using the krystal burgers you can buy in the grocery store and heat up in the microwave.

Got there at 11 30pm on a Sunday night.. after waiting 10 min at the drive thru for them to take my order. They then told me they dont have any more burgers. When I asked "what do you have" she replied "I dont have anymore burgers".. thats ridiculous horrible service

Service suck, wait for 15 mins for my order. When it come out the order were wrong and I have to wait another 5 mins. I was the first order and only customer in the store, but the last order to be made. Didnt like the food either (the bun was hard) and not even hot.

Sat at the drive thru ordering box for 5 minutes before pulling around to window and being told they were shorthanded and werent serving any food! How bout turning off the lights. This was a Thursday night at 10:50pm?

The people here are Very attentive and fast. The manager on dutybtoday was awsome!! The best service Ive had from a fast food place ever. I love Krystals. We usually get the sack full and it feeds our family of 4.

There was hair in my fries, I asked for chicken Krystals and she gave me regular Krystals because she had an attitude like she didnt want to be to work. Smh! They lost a customer but I dont think they care!
