Terrific, Bartleys in Cambridge is what I considered the best burgers, well know I have to change my mind, Max Burger takes the cake on burgers. Generous portions, the choices are amazing, cooked top perfection. There are different types of fries. I loved the atmosphere, has the feel of a fancy restaurant without the fancy prices. Jess was our waitress, she was awesome, on the ball, pleasant, if you can request her that you will have fantastic service. I dont live out in western mass anymore but I am so glad I found this jewel. My only criticism is that although The dessert were incredibly delicious, I wish there was more of a choice. Will go again.

Great beer selection(one of the best Ive seen locally including small breweries and even Belgian beers). The food is definitely good. One of my favorites is the candied bacon lollypops. Burgers are generally pretty decent the only one I was disappointed with was the Kobe burger as the prime dry aged burger from David Burkes completely blows it out of the water for less than half the price. This doesnt make sense to me as Kobe beef is usually amazing. All that being said overall Max Burger is my favorite local restaurant.

This location pales in comparison to its West Hartford counterpart. While the food is very good, the service has much to be desired. On this visit we were one of only two other parties in the location, however our server acted as if we werent even there. Definitely will not be going back to this location, stick to West Hartford instead.

Max Burger has quickly become an essential part of the upscale restaurant scene in the greater Springfield area. An excellent place to meet with friends for a few drinks, or have a delicious meal. Two thumbs way up. I would also recommend the Candied Bacon Lollipops, and the Kobe Fun Guy. Delish!

Bacon & Blue Salad with Wagyu Burger Awesomeness. These folks have it going on. Great menu and draft selections. Very friendly and attentive service. Nice ambiance. The Wagyu will blow you away. I like this place for the solo experience.

To start with the positive, outside seating is pleasant if a little cramped and loud. Service, was average . Unfortunately, the whiskey burger was almost sickeningly sweet for the lack of a better description and not an enjoyable experience.

We took 32 teens here. They were accommodating, served quickly and got us in and out. The good choices were surprisingly different and tasted fresh. Very happy with my veggie burger. The teens all loved their food.

Upscale burgers done right. Fluffy buns, fresh veggies, tender beef. Burgers themselves cant be beat in a thirty mile radius, but fries and sides can use a revamp. Wedge salad is fantastic as well.
