After placing an order and being very specific and repeating it 3 times what exactlyhow I wanted it cooked. I then had to wait for about 8 minutes or so for them to finally give me my order. I was the only person in the drive thru tonight. I would not recommend this White Castle or any White Castle as they do not value their customers. To top it off they still managed to completely mess the order up. I will never be coming back to this place.

I have been going to white castles ever since they first opened many years ago. The one time that stands out the most is when I was pregnant and staying with my mom and dad and none of us could sleep well so at 4am we got hungry so we jumped in the car pajamas and all and went to the white castles in Reading, Ohio. What a treat! Thru are always open when you need them!

Food was ok, but their employees are unprofessional,esp. One in particular named kristina,she has a nasty disposition,appears to be on drugs, meth by looking at what little teeth she has, classic methmouth. She was argumentive and all around nasty person. Do not reccomend the day shift.

Sat in the drive thru on 7/9, no body answered the speaker, other cars drove off. When you got inside, the had 3 employees. 1 was more focused on doing reports then taking orders or making food. This is always the experience at Milfords White Castles. Extremely slow and under staffed

When you have something listed on the menu as a special it should be ready. There is no reason why anyone would have to wait 10 mins in a drive thru lane to get food at 11am on a Sunday. There was no one else in the drive thru lane or the parking lot either. Slowest service ever.

They are very busy on Thanksgiving and understaffed. I would think if you are going to be open on a day like this than you should schedule accordingly. Maybe someone called off, who knows. 45 minutes waiting on some sliders is not how I wanted to spend my evening.

The service is lousy,I waited of 12 minutes in the drive thru after placing my order for 5 white castles.I finally ask for my money back and went to Wendys which is where I should have gone in the first place.I DO NOT recommend eating at this location in Milford

The people that work there were nice but the food took a little while for the only person in line which was me waited 20 minutes. They had drive-thru customers but still one person in line inside should not take 20 minutes
