Slow service and unprofessional. Went to grab a quick bite for breakfast before work and manager is throwing up from a long night hanging out and now no one can work the register but her??? Ok cool well inform your customers that you are closed instead of say nothing back to customers on the intercom and now your drive thru is packed and no one knows whats going on. This lasted about 20 mins. You had to pull up to the window just to find this all out now everyone is late for there job..if you go here in the mornings leave really early Or you might get fired for waiting in drive thru.

A 37-year-old man walked into the fast-food restaurant just before 10 a.m., DeKalb County Police spokeswoman, Shiera Campbell said, when a verbal altercation ensued with a man who was already inside with a woman. “The victim entered Burger King, and they all knew one another—there was a verbal confrontation and a physical altercation inside of the restaurant,” Campbell said. He was shot inside the restaurant, located at 4622 Memorial Dr., in DeKalb County, Ga., and stumbled outside, where he died, she said.

Stoped by burger king like i do often. Good burgers however bathroom was filthy, paper towel holder was out snd hanging of the wall about to fall in the floor. Toilet had piss all over it. When i went to place my order noticed the staff cutting up but the floors had bags and fries all over it. The countet had sweet tee all over it with ketchup packets. Went to get my drink and no ice was in the machine. I might expect this during a rush but service was slow hardly anyone in the store. Also parking lot seems to be a gathering spot for people not eating just sitting around.

Id given them a one-star. I would like to give them a 0 Stars but the only reason why I given them a one-star because I wanted to do this survey. Do not eat here... I repeat do not eat here. Before I placed my order I went to use the ladies room and there I found a roach crawling in the stall around the base of the board. I informed the manager and told him if there were roaches or water bugs in the bathroom, then there must be some in the kitchen. He needs to get it taken care of immediately do I was going to call the health department. So I repeat do not eat here.

Cashier no smile, no thank you. Basically stared at me waiting for my order. Requested dine in, Whopper no tomato sliced in half and other. Received 14 min later in to go bag. Whopper not sliced in half and with tomatoes. Was rung up correctly except to go part. Also fries COLD. Workers need to pay more attention to detail. Learn that speed is not a drug! Good luck in all your endeavours BK.

This location is clean. Service is very slow! Stop in here usually to grab a quick bite before donating plasma near by! Was asked by two people in the lobby to buy them coffee as I ate! Incredibly annoying!!!!! I just wanted to eat in peace and handle my business! Paying customers shouldnt have to deal with that!

Verrrrrry slow service. I was in line forever and was the only person in there. The manager was behind the counter on his phone. No how are you or can I take your order. Food was hot though. The breakfast crew are way more friendlier and faster.

Burger King needs to step up to the plate. I am not kidding. Used to enjoy the Whoppers but these are so thin with too much other stuff piled on haphazardly. Slow lines. Probably never go back here. Bathrooms not clean.
