Arrived on a Saturday at 6pm. Everything was dirty; all the tables had food underneath on the floor, the kitchen area behind the counter had food bits scattered all over the counter and there were several fruit flies buzzing around. Im embarrassed to admit I still ordered a smoothie. By the time I got home 30 minutes later, I had to rush to use the bathroom. The Ohio health board needs to shut these people down.

We got our ice creams came out pretty fast thats the only reason they have two stars instead of one from me. The staff was rude. They messed up a mans order in front of me and then made him pay for his new meal. The boy working never asked to help us he just stood at the register and stared. Not a great experience.

Incredibly slow service for food - waited over 40 minutes for onion rings and a chicken sandwich. Staff explained the fryer was "too small" to cook faster - ice cream was super fast, fortunately. DQ management shouldnt sell non-dessert food here if they cant cook it fast enough!

I love the blizzards but they need to get more staff, and nicer staff. They are pretty rude, they should also have a different oil incase a person that has a peanut allergy comes in. And they need to cook there food more because some of there food is way to cold. ADD STAFF!!!

Absolutely terrible service! Cashier is standing at the register texting! I ordered two chicken snack wrap and they were both cold not to mention I waited 20 minutes for my food. Staff is obviously untrained and extremely rude! Do not recommend going there!

Obviously their is NO trained management since the employee have no clue of what they are doing. 30min and still waiting on chicken fingers..... I would close the doors, hire and train an all new staff..... worst DQ experience ever....

They always have my new favorite - single serve cakes in a sundae container, but it still has the fudge and cookie pieces and icing. They dont have these at all Dairy Queens!

Every time I have to ask for extra Oreos for my blizzard, I still get nothing but black cookie powder. Come on DQ where are those Oreo cookie chunks?! Not cool.
