I have been coming here almost everyday for the better part of a year (on and off for five years) and I can easily say the core staff are superb. Bobbie, Anthony, Joshua, and Heather will definitely take care of your needs. Meat, bread, toppings, and cookies have always been fresh. Its been an absolute pleasure to be a regular at this location. Most of the issues of the other reviewers are likely from the new recruits that are being cycled while they try to find core individuals for their team. I will be sad if I ever have to move away and lose my go-to healthy sandwich shop.

Customer Service was HORRIBLE!! The guy that made my sandwich mumbled something inaudible when I approached the counter. I told him I was sorry he was having a bad day. He made my sandwiches then when I told him I hoped his night got better he looked at me and said very sarcastically " well Im closed" it was 9:41 he followed behind me as I left and locked the door. While waiting for my daughter in the parking lot we saw him open the door for some guys who were waiting in the parking lot.

When i walked in the only employee was smoking a cigarette in the backdoor by the bathrooms. I made eye contact with them while the phone was continously ringing. After 2 minutes of standing there waiting for them to finish smoking after also calling out to them i left. Cant say anything for the food as i never purchased any but service was non-existent.

Weve been there twice this week & theres only been ONE employee during dinner hours. My son actually waited over 30 minutes to be waited on. I couldnt believe he waited. He wouldnt scan our Subway card, & tonight he didnt even know how to! Not as long of a wait tonight, but more than any other Subway weve visited. We wont be back!
