I would describe my experience but I was unable to have one seeing as though when I pulled into the drive thru the workers scattered and hid. Granted it was 2:20am when I pulled up to order I waited 5 mins and heard nothing. When I finally drove pass the pick-up window the workers reappeared within view. As I drove down the street I called to confirm they were open 24hrs. A female answered the phone and I asked "are you open 24hrs?" She replied "we close in 6 mins." So I was there 10mins before closing and got no service. Not even a "sir were closed" while I waited at the drive thru. Is this how this BK is managed? Is not servicing the customer because they "close in 6mins" protocol? Please advise?

A cashier (probably new) had her back turned to me for a good 5 mins, plus a 15 min wait while they fixed it. She focused too much on getting other peoples food ready when there should be more than one person up front TAKING orders. Manager was rushing around and yelled at her saying you need to speed it up. There was a big line waiting. When she did get the food ready manager came and snatched it from her hands to see if she got it right and she whined at him like a little baby. Utter proof she was inexperienced. Finally got my food and got out of there. Awful customer service.

Burger king sure has declined. I had a whopper craving so I stopped by. I ordered a value drink and pointed at it. The cashier confirmed if i wanted a small drink and proceeded to charge me for the beverage that was 50% more for the same exact size. I questioned him after recieving my reciept and all he had to say "thats how im trained"...yea definitely never going to burger king for the rest of my life.

I had good and bad experiences here. Last time that we went there the food didnt taste that great. We also order a oreo shake, but the lady told the guy making it that it was strawberry, so I scream from the car telling her it was oreo. When we got the shake it was oreo, but it turns out that they actually put a bit of the strawberry in it and they didnt change the cup... worse oreo shake Ive ever had.

On 3/12/17 I ordered a BK Big Fish combo and got all the way home to realize they gave me a dang chicken sandwich. I believe there is a major difference between fish and chicken. So I took it back to get what I ordered only for them to give me some old fish. I dont recommend eating here unless youre desperately hungry.

Best customer service Ive got at any Burger King , the staff was really friendly and professional, the manager accidentally gave me a medium onion rings when I paid for a large , he noticed the mistake and gave me a large and got to keep my medium onion rings by far the best experience Ive had with a Burger King

Old food you have to ask for fresh food and look at your food before you leave and its not a clean place to eat i ordered 10pc nugget and fries and they actually put 3 to 4 fresh nuggets on top and the other 6 was old and dry dont go to this burger king if you want good food

I have never really had a complaint about this location. They are very quick when it comes to serving but often times I would rather go a bit further to a Cookout or other place before I come here. I only really come when I get coupons in the mail.

The food orders are always taken correctly, however the drive thru speaker was very staticky this visit. And when I needed to add an item, I was told to wait. Other than that I always come after hours, and get great customer service.

The service sucks!!!!! 10 people on the clock and 2 working. The manager is taking food from the customer inside to keep the line moving in the drive thru. I gave them a great review a month ago but this must be one of those days
