12/22/15 NEVER GO HERE. Worst experience ever. Ive visited this establishment quite a few times and over the past year things have gotten worse. The employees are rude, theres only one drive through window being used which makes things really slow, the orders are hardly ever correct, they ALWAYS make people pull forward and wait 20+ minutes before bringing your food out (were talking about two T6/Chalupa meals, not a HUGE order). Tonight I gave them one last chance and Ive sworn off ever going here again. I shouldve pulled away when I had the chance, the microphone/order taking system in the drive through was broken. But I pulled forward anyway. I waited 30+ minutes, and couldnt get out of the line since they have a ridiculous concrete barrier in the way which prevents people from leaving the line. I was so fed up by the time I got to the window to order that I left and went to Zaxbys right across the road. I had 100X better service there. The microphone/order taking system wasnt broken, the employees were polite, and I didnt have to wait long for my food. I dont know why this Taco Bell is always busy when they have such shotty customer service.

Waited for 5 minutes in the drive thru finally backed up to go inside when the line never moved (there were only 2 people in front of us) got to the door it was locked we saw 5 people inside none of them said anything to us after we walked away we saw one hold up a sign that said the lobby was closed went back through the drive thru they never said anything so we pulled up thinking the speaker wasnt working they took our order then they took our order wrong and we had to wait another 10 minutes for our food! This place needs some serious management help. Clearly if the lobby was closed then something was wrong but they should have had signs on the Windows and the drive thru to let people know what was going on. This was ridiculous! Im writing this as I sit in the drive thru and will not hold my breath for my order being right.

The first time I was here- everything was great. This time however, I was told I couldnt get my 3 steak chalupa meal. I was told by a staff member (first day on the job- so Im not upset with her) thats not possible to make my chalupa a steak as a meal /only beef. Even though its clearly written on the menu for $10+ a meal? She apologized & attempted to get the manager to help, but the manager never came by. After a long awkward wait- I didnt want to hold up the line any longer, so I just made it easier for her, and bought my items in single. I dont like giving low reviews, but they need help.

My food is not consistent. There is a difference in quality from day shift to night shift. But my order is never wrong. The only other thing that kept me from giving a 5 is that during slow times the kitchen area is not kept clean (floors, and food making area) this wouldnt bother me if i didnt work next door at another food establishment. The lobby is always kept tidy but not the kitchen area and i see staff having a great time at work i just wish that somebody would just run a broom across the floor near the fryers and a dust off the pieces of lettuce and tomatoes on the counter.

I have no stars TO describe the delayed service at this Taco Bell. Never have me and my family ever experienced a delay in service then at this Taco Bell. We live in the area and are NEVER GOING BACK! Awful service with a smile! REALLY...Terrible customer service. Wait time is off the chart..we were in line for 30 minutes. We ordered and payed for one thing and received something else. We know whats happening, they are pocketing the cash. We will never ever return...EVER! Done with this location...

How charmingly ghetto. Better off going to the Waffle House across the street. Customer service sucks, never get asked if you want sauce, never get napkins with your order, or a receipt. Almost like the management doesnt want the patron to have a number to call to complain. This T B location is fairly close to my residence, but I will waste gas and time to go to the 138 location (beside Krispy Kreme) when Im craving the Bell.

This is crazy been in line for and hour and a half I am diabetic and need my medicine and I cant cross the medium lord help me I been in line for 2 hours they dont care then when I call its a attitude I am sickly and I thought I could come here for a late night snack but nope cant do that please lord help me.

It appeared that our "fresh fish" was merely refried due to the fact that it was brown, greasy greasy greasy and did not have the fresh golden appearance of fresh fish fried in clean oil that one is used to getting at this location. The chicken was great, but the fish was terrible!

If I can give zero stars I would, I waited in drive through a whole hour for my food. They were in the restaurant talking on phones and playing around. People in the drive through was honking the horn and so on it was pathetic man! Never again will I go here. Never

Terrible! I wouldnt be surprised if they closed for good really soon. Food is always cold, service is the worst. I would rather deal with a robot, at least it would have more personality, and would probably prepare the food better. Seriously.

I have never received prompt service here. I dont know how they manage to have terrible service every time I come. Its uncanny for a place to be always terrible, unually there is at least a few time that are pleasant but not in this case

This is a Long John Silvers / Taco Bell collocation site. LJS food was prepared well and tasty. Order was prepared on demand, plan for a bit of time to accomodate. Nice location and some local law enforcement folks eat there too!

Amazing always get my order right and the lady with the glasses and curly hair does amazing customer service to be specific it was the tall white Woman I forgot to catch her name but she made me feel very welcome

I havent had anything wrong with the taste of the food but I do have a problem when you go to the drive-thru and you get your food go home and its not all there. I advise you to check your bag before you leave.

20 minutes from time I ordered to get my food! The coke had no syrup in it. Bad attitude to top it off. Must be the management because its always this way.
