omg this place has reaaly gone down hillseriously !!! i went thru drive thru the other day and the kid was clueless i mean seriuosly dumb ...i wanted use a coupon i got in the mail and he try say that special expired already i said no it didnt i use these coupms all the time then he ask for the code i give it to him he never nswer me back so i said oh just forget it ..then i call ask for the manager who is just as cluesless said the same thing oh that special expired so i got frustrtated and hung ..he seriolsly was like uum ooh i dont know ooh dee doo duuuh get a cluem or go shovel horse crap for a job for real !!!

This store is absolutely terrible they always close early then hide in the store till its time for them to leave I live right outside of town so Ive beven a witness to that atleast 5 times noe , they say that they dont have any of the ingredients ordered for making anything , tried to order 3 different things a hot dog which apparently they didnt order buns for , then they said they couldnt make anyone of the chicken sandwiches I tried to order bexcuse they were out of ingredients place is a joke 3ont be returning again

Didnt receive half my order at the window, had to go inside to get it and no one acknowledged I was there, or other customers waiting as well (a manager looked twice but didnt say anything to anyone about a line waiting). When I finally got the rest of my order the employee stated it was all my fault. The half of the order I did get through drive through was not as I ordered... this is the absolute worst burger King experience I have had.

Well here i am yet again. Apparently its too hard to put all the food in a bag. Its also apparently too hard to serve food that isnt way too old, i.e. yellow lettuce, bad tomatos. Anyone thinking about eating here, understand this wasnt just tonight, this is nearly Everytime we eat from here. Do yourselves a favor, eat somewhere else.

Got our food and fries were cold so I took them back up to the counter and the man said I will get you some hot ones and bring them out to you. 10 minutes later I went back up to the counter, he forgot. Sad part was we were the only customers so it wasnt as if they was busy. In fact they were all standing around chit chatting.

Pretty sure they microwaved my burger bread was soggy then really hard meat was dry lettuce and tomatoe was hot and wilted fries were cold not salted. Didnt eat any of it got something else. Coke was good so they get a star of not for the pop it be a zero star.. never again

Coke taste like like from a really old water hose. Sick! I bought a large and couldnt drink it. I felt sick after. Plus not listening in the drive thru. Wanted onion rings instead of fries. I got both. Drove way and realized they probably charged me for both.

I ordered a doublechees. Three other drive thru orders were placed after mine, 5 counter orders as well. One burger, and nine orders later, mine finely was produced. The burger was hot but the fast was nowhere to be seen in fast food.
