My husband and I arrived 2 hours before we were expecting our party of 15 ppl to join us because we knew it would be a busy Friday night and we wanted to give the staff a heads up. We sat at the bar and hung out for a while but as the time for our party to arrive was coming up and the restaurant was filling up I went back up to the hostess to make sure they were preparing our table because it did not look like it. Im pretty sure they forgot about our party because they then had to squeeze us into a table that did not even have enough seats or room for our group. About 5 of us were sitting at the table waiting for the rest of the group to show up. We went ahead and ordered our food and our drinks it then took over an hour for us to receive 3 drinks, we actually got our food before we got our drinks. Once we did get our food it was cold, it wasnt correct for what we ordered, and one of us never received our food. I asked to speak to the manager several times before one actually came to the table and then she was very dismissive and acted as if it was our fault because our party did not order all together. She acted annoyed that we were complaining at all. Our server was very apologetic and did a great job at trying to get things resolved, but it was very clear there was very poor management last night.

My 1 and only visit to this hooters location was completely terrible. As you would expect it was a very busy night for ufc 200. Walk in guests and people calling in were being told an hour wait time. I arrived at at 10pm just in time for the start of the main card...party of 1. Gave my name to the hostess Lyric which she wrote down in her note pad and patiently waited for an opening. Being so busy stadium seating was in effect. I was told drinks could be ordered while I waited but no food orders could be taken until I was seated. Tell that to the 2 gentlemen standing next to me enjoying their burgers and fries. Almost 3 hours later and 1 fight on the main card left to go and still no seat. Name still not called. Apparently Lyrics notebook of names diappeared. Parties of 2, 3 even one party of 8 was called. A seat for 1...no where to be found. So much for service. Of notable mention, in the end Lyric did finally get around to asking me if I was waiting for a table. That would have been awesome even an hour ago. Bit 20 minutes before closing. I enjoyed the beer though.

This is very much the worst service Ive ever had but on the bright side there is one person that went out of her way to be able to rectify the situation and she extremely above and beyond !!!! I dont want to get to much into it but from the word get go everything was backwards with all the drinks and food mishaps and then the first mgr came around and completely blew me off after I canceled my food order 45 minutes after I ordered just a regular burger. Kelly I do have to say thank you very much because of you I just might think about visiting this Hooters again. I just moved here and on a personal level dated a few Hooters ladies before and have never ran into this situation or experience before. Kelly honestly has a real clue about customer service even though the rest of the crew might not but if this crew really wants to make this store work you should think about making her the top of the line because she will make the difference in someone coming back!!!!!!!!

We walked in, stood at the podium for 6 mins with no acknowledgement, we sat at the bar for 15 mins with no acknowledgement, stopped the manager to say we havent been asked for help...at this point its 1122p. At approx 1125 they sing the last call for food and drinks song...but they close at 12.... 2 young black women walk in the bar and the hooter girls look at them with such disgust I guess bc they came in 30 mins before leaving. Anywho the bartender NAM told them they are closed.... We never got asked if we wanted a drink, we had to grab her to get a drink. The whole time she had this "I dont want to be bothered attitude". And a man next to us said she didnt see him waving her down bc she was on the phone, he asked a waitress to get his order while he was sitting at the bar. Really Nam? Smh. I love hooters, but by far the worst experience. Im very disappointed. I WOULD HAVE LOOOOVED ANOTHER DRINK BUT SHE SAID NO..... Signed Mrs. S.

First it took 10 minutes for us to be seated and it was nowhere near busy then we sat and it took another 15 minutes just for our waitress to ask for drinks, she was rude. The worst part is more family(3more family members) came and it took our waitress 20 minutes to get their drinks.(water) it took forever for our appetizers to get out as well as our food. Then when the food finally gets out she comes out and tells us theyre out of the smoked wings we ordered damn near 45 minutes ago instead of telling us right after we ordered and never got refills on our drinks. Tatiana was our waitress. Then my step dad orders veggie quesadillas and he still hasnt gotten them after weve eaten all our food. And Im a server myself so Im not oblivious to how serving works. Worse service ever.

i wish i could leave no star first time coming here yea the place is nice or what ever but the employees suck! they dont car about their work environment the customers and its carzy that nither the managers! first our server took what felt like YEARS to bring our food when she finlly did she only brought out one plate of kids plate that had like 2 fries on it finally our food came out luke warm she drops the food off with out no "enjoy" , "need anything else" nothing. she was kinda slow no offense when i called the manager he didnt even apologize just said ok and walked away the floor is coverd in mess there was a wait and i couldnt count how many tables are open and dirty! HORRIBLE PLACE DONT RECOMMEND IT WONT COME BACK!

Just stopped in here. We ordered a pitcher & 15 wings.. 8 naked lemon pepper and 7 breaded habanero bbq with an order of fries. Our food took forever, though the restaurant was far from packed, then when it did comeshe brought the habaneros and 3 lemon pepper. We were told that the kitchen did something wrong so they were making 4 more wings for us and our fries. We tried the lemon pepper an they were way to salty so when she returned with the fries we told her we didnt like the lemon pepper so could we change to jerk before they brought the rest of our wings. When she returned she brought 4 jerk wings, didnt even replace the ones we said we didnt like. The jerk wings werent great but we did enjoy the habanero bbq.

not busy at all when I came in. ordered the blackened shrimp which was suppose to come with guacamole. dish comes out, no guac... when server finally brings quad out, one bite if the stake chip... asked another server to grab my server... by the time fresh chips came, my food was pretty much gone. upon leaving, the hostess and a server where holding themselves up at the hostess desk, chit chatting away, like long lost buds... not even a thank for stopping. two more days in Georgia. this place is close to our hotel... not a chance we will be back!
