I was a bit hungry when I decided to get the new panorama pizza at Pizza Hut by Kroger. I parked my car and walked up to the store. As I walked up to the store I saw a Pizza Hut employee leaning on a garbage can smoking a cigarette. He seemed to be done as he flicked the cigarette butt on the ground into the parking lot. I said to myself, "I hope he doesnt make the food." To my surprise, I walk in the store, he walks in and says someone will be with me in a moment. A woman walks out to take my order. I immediately ask her if she is the manager, she says yes. I explained to her that the gentleman that just walked back in the store from his smoke break just came into the store...WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS, and began to put sauce on the pizza, then grab a HANDFUL OF MOZERELLA and spread it out on the pizza. She looked at me with a shocked look and apologized. I said that was unsanitary and disgusting and something should be done. She said she would talk to him about it. She then offered to make my pizza for me. I said I will not order from this store or any Pizza Hut Store for that matter. The current grade was 89 B from the Food Inspection. I left the store upset and feeling sick to my stomach. I then called my mother to discuss what just happened. About 15 minutes later, the same gentleman comes outside to talk to 2 other workers, 1 female 1 male. He now has GLOVES ON. He was touching the dirty door and even scratched his face. He then goes inside the store to MAKE MORE PIZZAS!!!!! I dont know who to contact about this but this store needs to be under new management because this can affect peoples health. I WILL NEVER EAT PIZZA HUT AGAIN .. AND I URGE OTHERS TO NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PARTICULAR STORE. I am contacting Department of Human Resources and the Pizza Hut Corporate store to put in a formal complaint. Currently I have been waiting to talk to someone from Pizza Hut Corporation for 18 minutes. Under any other circumstances I would hang up, but because this is a health and safety issue, I will continue to hold as long as it takes. Thank you for reading, I know its a lot but its very important to give this information out.

I ordered online at this pizza hut to my hotel room, and when the delivery driver arrived he had some additional items. I immediately informed the driver that I did not request the additional items, and the driver suggested that I just keep them. Not ten minutes later, I have the driver knocking on my door, trying to hit me up for $8 in cash for the additional items. He said his manager told him to come back for the money, because he said I called them in after I placed the order. I did not do this. With the driver still present, I called the manager to try and clear this up. The manager insisted that I myself called him, and would not accept the truth that I did not do this. I apologized and informed him that I could not help him with their confusion. He said "alright", we hung up the phone, and the driver left. After this happened, I was just wondering why he would be so confused. Since I was at a hotel, I thought Id call him back to let him know that maybe it was for another room at the same address. The manager said he was glad I called back because he realized the mistake. His employee incorrectly added the items to my order instead of another. He apologized profusely and said that honestly he did not believe me. Since he did not believe me, he went into the system and updated my bill to reflect his error, which charged my credit card for the additional items I did not request. This manager is on another planet, because obviously you cannot treat people this way, let alone charge them extra money for your own lack of effort in understanding the mistake. Before he even tried to figure out what went wrong, he was in the system charging me money for his own stupidity. The only way to fix this was for him to ask me for my credit card number, which I believe is true, but given the circumstances, I would not give this air head my credit card number. He already had taken the liberty of using my credit card to correct his error at my expense. This was so unbelievable.

I received the wrong order. When the store was notified, the sales person was argumentative & hung up the phone after making an inappropriate statement. I ordered a Box Deal w/a special order of Pepperoni Lovers Pizza. When the order was received, the pizza was a cheese pizza & not a pepperoni pizza. I called the store on 4 occassions & was placed on hold on 4 different occassions w/a total of 26 minutes. When I finally got through to the store, I spoke to Tasha. I explained what occurred & she stated, "your order says Pepperoni Lovers Pizza w/out pepperoni". I informed her that I was looking at my e-mail confirmation and it did not state that the order shouldve been without pepperoni. I informed her that if that were the case, I would not have been charged the additional monies for a Pepperoni pizza. She stated "Ummm Ummm Ummm, I cant believe this lady". I asked to speak with the manager and she placed me on hold for 5 minutes. I then heard someone ask why the phone was off the hook and she stated, "its Nobody, Ill hang it up". The phone then went silent, she hung up the phone. I called back & was again placed on hold for 32 minutes. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Really??? A Pepperoni Pizza w/out pepperoni...

My wife and I ordered pizza for our 4 kids and left to go out on a date. They promised delivery in 45 minutes. After an hour and a half, the pizza had not arrived yet, I called the store and they put me on hold and never returned. Called back and asked for manager, manager never picked up. We had to cut our date short and I went by the store to get a refund. On the way to the store, my son called and indicated the pizza finally arrived, two and a half hours after ordered. I went in the store to talk to the manager. The store looked like a gang hang out with colors, pierced everythings and pants down around the knees. How do you work with one hand holding your pants up? The manager was un-apologetic and cut me off to answer the phone. The food was cold on arrival and disgusting. How does a brand like Pizza Hut allow such incompetency? Avoid this place at all cost, and avoid Pizza Hut since they do not manager their brand, protect their customers nor care about food safety.

THIS PIZZA HUT IS THE WORST PIZZA PLACE IN THE SOUTH ATLANTA AREA THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL THE STORE MANAGER DOES NIOT NEED TO BE WORKING HERE OR AT ANY OTHER PIZZA HUT FOR THAT MATTER. SHE IS REAL RUDE PICKS UP THE PHONE AND DOESNT ASK FOR YOUR ADDRESS OR ANYTHING, SHE IS A JUST RUDE INDIVIUAL. GOT MY ORDER WITHOUT EVERYTHING THAT I HAD ORDERED TWO PIZZAS, WINGS, FRIES, APPLE PIES, AND A TWO LITER DRINK. WHEN IT ARRIVED, IT CAME IN A BAG I OPENED UP THE ITEMS TO CHECK EVERYTHING AND FIRST OF THE APPLE PIES WERE JUST SLOPPY IT LOOKED LIKE SOMEONE GAVE ME A BOWL OF DOUGH AND GREASE THEN THE FRIES WERE COLD AND MY WINGS WERE ALSO COLD. THE MANAGER SHOULD BE REPORTED TO THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT AND FIRED BECAUSE THATS IS UNACCEPTABLE. VERY VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
