First off, I usually dont write reviews but I had to this time. I waited 10 minutes in line for my order. I ordered 3 Krystals, 1 Plain and 2 with Cheese add Ketchup and a water. When I pulled up to the windows the guy (Quintez was on my receipt) gave me a stare like why are you here. No acknowledgment as to "Hi, How are you" or anything. I then paid for my order and received my receipt. When I got my order 2 minutes later, he opened the window, gave me this mean look and handed my bag. Opened up the bag and waved him down because there were no napkins, straw, or my water that I also asked for. When he came back I said I need napkins, straw, and my water and he gave me this mean look and then handed me the items-- No thank you, come back again, or anything. So I said ok, he might be having a bad day. What really got me upset was when I opened up my hamburgers, 2 for me and 1 for my 3yr old daughter, the sandwiches were so sloppy, and soiled with oil, we couldnt even eat them. The cheese they put on the bun was on there half way, so half of it melted onto the carton and the buns were wet like they were dipped in oil. We ended up throwing the whole thing away. Daughter ended up crying because she couldnt eat her burger. We ended up going to Wendys. Customer service was lacking, manager nowhere managing employees, and preparation, terrible. Disgusting!

They tend to like to get orders wrong here. On my most recent visit there were hard pieces in the beef. NO IDEA what it was but I was disgusted. Like it was bones that were mixed up with the meat. At first I though I had chipped my tooth while eating but that wasnt eat. Especially when the same thing happened to my girlfriend. Needless to say itll be a long while before I return here.

Why is these fast food restaurants decide to hire rude women!? Last time visit. Bit** couldnt even give me a straw or any napkins. How am I supposed to drink my beverage?! How am I going to wipe my mouth?! Then its like my food was just thrown in the bag. Its cool... Yall making it easier for me to save my money. Good day!

Waited in drive thru for 8 minutes before the car ahead of me was even able to place an order. I would have drove off but unfortunately was blocked in. That is unacceptable and poor customer service. I will never patronize this establishment again. Corporate will be receiving a call from me in the morning.

Worst customer service ever. Waited in drive thru for 30 minutes. Manager had an attitude and just didnt care the line was wrapped around the building. The drink syrup needed to be changed. Didnt realize it until I got all the way home. Something has got to change.

Very rude cashiers! Kionna was extremely nasty i asked for a cheese krystal no onions she snapped at me and i showed her the receipt ... It clearly stated it and then I asked for a refund ill spend my money where im appreciated.

This was my first time coming to a Krystal burger restaurant and I hated it!! The employees are nice, but the food is awful! I cant see how people eat this stuff. Just go to Wendys and get a 4 for $4. You wont regret it.

Stale food...even if it is cooked to order. Krystal burgers always taste like theyve been re-heated or something. Staff is always playing around and sarcastic. Even to the customers.
