Worst service ever. I believe the drive thru representative had an IQ level in the single digits. The wait was well over 20 minutes. When we approached the window, I was unable to find my I.D so i asked the rep may i pay inside. After locating my card, she asked me for ID, i was okay with this. I asked how long have their company began this procedure and she responded, about a week. Lies! I just ordered last night and this question never arised. Fine. She didnt give me a receipt. Drove halfway home in the rain and guess what? Half my order was not in the bag. I drove back and the same genius said that i needed my receipt. Rudest service ever. Extremely incompetent. Never again. Never again.

The last two times I visited this establishment it has been at night and the menu for the drive thru is not even lit up. How am I suppose to see whats on the menu. Both nights I the Dorito Locos box chicken and no beans in the burrito. To my surprise beans in my burrito both nights tonight my pink lemonade was flat. Im Neva spending my money here again.

Whenever we go, the fish is always overcooked and stale. There has rarely been an occasion where I was satisfied with the way the fish or chicken combo came out. The drink bar is often dirty with melted ice and discarded drinks overflowing the drain.

Food cold. Order always wrong. My husband had hair in his food once. Instead of resolving the matter they told him to come back all the way from home to verify this. They always blame customers when they get your order wrong. Manager rude.
