If there were no stars, I would be giving it that. The guy at the window was "pleasant" as far as saying the typical niceties, but very condesending. I got three drinks and asked for a cupholder and he looked at me like Id grown two heads, then looked very obviously at the two empty cup holders in my car. Sorry, I didnt feel like driving with a drink in my hand. He then asked if I wanted any sauces and actually scoffed at me when I asked for ketchup. Yes I realize it was to go, but that doesnt mean its ridiculous to ask for ketchup. My son likes the peel away packets, and with toddlers its very nice to have the ketchup contained. This was all annoying but not enough to give no stars. The top of the cake was when I got home and BOTH the kids meals I ordered were completely missing their nuggets. Just fries and toys. I didnt think to check the bag before pulling away because, ya know, I was at a Chick-fil-A, not McDonalds. Will not be making that mistake again, this Chick-Fil-A has now been rename in my gps to "worse than McDonalds". Oh, and guess what else wasnt in my bag? KETCHUP! When I called and spoke to the manager, hes demeanor made me feel like I was talking to a teenager. He did apologize profusely, but apparently I cant get a refund for the food I paid for and DID NOT RECIEVE. However, he assured me I could exspect to recieve coupons in the mail within the next 7 business days. Oh goodie. Most certainly will be using those at a DIFFERENT CHICK-FIL-A. There is no excuse for the customer service I recieved. I myself work in retail so I can be forgiving for most things, but the place was dead. Maybe 10 cars in the parking lot, at least half of which had to be employees. I was the only car in the drive through at 5:30 in the afternoon. How do you forget the only to-go orders entrees?!?!? Unacceptable.

We usually have a great experience here but today we didnt. The cashier (J.Lo) gave my husband the 3rd degree because we each have a cow card. He wanted to use both the free deals for the month. I didnt think it mattered if you each have a card as long as you buy a calendar and you register them separately. Anyway, she kept asking if my husband wanted the deluxe meal for one. We would have only gotten one deal that way. She got the order wrong and another cashier had to take over for her. Weve never had a problem using both our cards together in the past. I was sitting in the back of the restaurant. He offered to come get me. The manager didnt seem to care. If there were no stars that is what our experience would be today.

Although I love Chick-Fil-A, Im not fond of this location. Management and staff are a little stuffy and always give us a hard time when theres a special promotion, free sandwiches, using coupons, etc. Not a friendly atmosphere, and seems like they are doing you a favor most of the time. Not what Im accustomed to when I visit a Chick-Fil-A, and certainly out of character for the chain. Every other location Ive visited always goes out of the way with old-fashioned "the customer is always right" customer service and lives up to the new "my pleasure" CFA tagline. Not the Main St. Snellville location!! When I have a choice I visit the location on Scenic Highway or the one nearer to Stone Mountain on Hwy 78.

People who are obviously having a bad day, seem to like to belly ache about anything and everything and blame their problems on someone else .. This Chick Fil A is one of the best in the Atlanta area and I have been to a lot of them ..people make mistakes, especially inexperienced ones, but instead of asking for the problem to be correct, it is easier to belly ache and post their disagreements vs giving the other person an opportunity to correct the situation .. I have had situations at this Chick Filet A .. but I have never had the problem not corrected by the manager, which happens a lot at other fast food places ...

I have had an inconsistent experience with the food here. Each time, management courteously corrected the problem. I go through the drive thru when Im in a hurry and wait in the line thats wrapped around the building, so to then have to go into the restaurant to complain is a hassle. We pay a bit of a premium to eat at chik fil a..so I hope they dont start slacking like other chains. If the fries are old and cold (which should never happen as busy as they are), dont serve em to your customers.

Customer service is always on point. Ive never been to any fast food restaurant that come and check on you to see if you need anything. They even offered to take everything off the table and asked if I needed water .. all I had was a milkshake. Thats what I call the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN TOWN!

I ordered two 12 count grilled chicken nuggets from the chick-fil a on Scenic Highway on 6 -15-17. I was very disappointed with the two orders of grilled nuggets. The nuggets was so salty I could not enjoy them. I always love Chick-Gil a nuggets but, these were loaded with to much salt.

Hate when people tell me how they are saving time(ostensibly for me?). I dont want to talk to anyone behind the building, nor do I want to transact business in a parking g lot. Use your ordering system. You are saving no time when the person outside missed part of your order.

Good value, good prices. I loved the "out of the box" sign meaning an employee would ask for your order in the drive through line before you got up to the order box. They even took your money if you were paying with a credit card. How wonderful.

So glad this CFA is near me Its the BEST. Something is going on here. My past several visits have not been as great as usual. I do notice on my receipt there is a new interim manager. Just not as up to par recently. Must be the difference.

I love this chick fila. They are always doing family activities and the staff that works here is usually really nice and dont give you the "how dare you come in here and disturb me" look that most employees give you these days.

Very nice location and friendly service. Food was good as always. I tried the chicken tortilla soup, I did not expect it would have so much beans but it tasted really good. The kids have fun at the indoors play area.

The experience here is always a 5 out of 5. Never a flaw and they move the line along very quickly. Ive been over 100 times and only once did they give me the wrong sauce.

Worst experience I have had at a Chick-fil-A. The management should be embarrassed at how different the experience is here versus other Chick-fil-A restaurants.
