We have ordered from here for many years, and I can safely say literally hundreds of times. Weve had a few problems over the years(they forgot to bring something, wire brush bristles in food, hair in food), but was always handled courteously by the person answering the phone. Well, last Friday we ordered delivery(as usual). The order arrived, and when we took everything out of the bag, the rice was missing. I called immediately, and the man who answered the phone stated it was in the bag - but it wasnt - why would I call if It was in the bag? He was speaking to someone in their language(I think the driver) - going back and forth - he came back and said it was in the bag - again I asked him - why would I call if it was in the bag? In not so many words, he was calling me a liar insisting it was in the bag - which I did not appreciate. Then he asked - do you want the rice or get it with your next order? Im sorry - rice is a big part of the entree and stated that I wanted it. Well - 1/2 hour goes by, and still no rice delivery(they are only 4 miles - at the most from our house), so I decided to forget about it. I called back to cancel and stated I could have made my own by now, but he stated it was on its way(same person). Again, he stated that it was with the original delivery and again, I asked why would I call you if it was in the bag? I proceeded to tell him, and yes, I was getting louder, as I was mad - about their horrible customer service and him basically calling me a liar - and he hangs up on me. OK - I did not call back. 5 minutes later the rice arrives and I thanked the driver for bringing, and proceed to tell him I did not appreciate the person answering the phone calling me a liar. He proceeds to say I number 2 he number 1 - and about something that it was in the original delivery. No apology or anything. We have ordered from them for so long as they do deliver, however, they have just lost a loyal customer. If I cannot find another Chinese Restaurant that delivers - Ill go pick-up. They will never get our business again.

Ordered to to go lunch meals. Pork lo-main and sesame chicken both with egg roll and won ton soup. Pork strips were old this was obvious because of how hard and dried out they were. The won-ton was in water honestly it all was horrible. Called Mr Eggroll to complain and was placed on hold for an excessive amount of time. Called from another line after I told the guy how bad the lunches were he said to come back and they would exchange it, I told him they could drive to my house and exchange it. He hung up me. This isnt the first bad experience weve had with them. But it is our LAST..3 strikes your out! Fail- in food quailty Fail- in customer service Fail- in cleanliness of the dining room restaurant area, can only imagine how bad the kitchen is. Would I recommend-Never Will I go there again -Never

The food was excellent... But the service is lacking. I ordered online and paid $3 for delivery plus an additional tip. I live 4.8 miles away. They forgot to include my hot and sour soup. I called them and they said they would have it delivered to me, that they were sorry. Then they called me back a few minutes later to tell me that they wouldnt be delivering the soup to me... That since I lived so far away it would take an hour and a half before they could 4.8 miles according to Google from my door to theirs is to far??? They instead said they would credit my account in their system so that I get the soup the next time. Im not sure that we will be returning... Due to the service they provided.

With my hand on the bible, this place is the worst Chinese restaurant Ive EVER been to in my entire life. No taste at all!!! And its not my first time eating there neither, I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time and tried something different the second time and that just guaranteed me that this place sucks. Place looks horrible, smells weird and the chef or the season they use needs help. The fried rice taste like wet cardboard and the soup taste like lightly flavored water. This place should be closed down!!!!

I have patronized this place for years and still love every menu item. There is only good food to eat. The dining room is large, simple, and quite. We have never seen it crowded, but that is deceptive. Their phone rings frequently and their take out/home delivery business is brisk. Folks are friendly; should you want to customize a menu item, just ask! Try it! The quality is in their kitchen, which is delivered to your plate.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!! I used to like this place a lot but there is a manager that is very rude! Horrible customer service! He even said if you just want the lunch special I do not want your business. He tried to cheat me on the lunch special and would not answer questions and hung up on me. He would not let me talk to the owner either. AVOID this place. There are better Chinese restaurants!

I love Mr. Eggroll. Ive been probably a dozen times, and I always order pickup (so dont really have any comments about the service). They are always nice to me when I go in, and they always have my food ready in 10 minutes. The seseme chicken is the BEST! As well as the fried rice. Just dont leave your car running when you go inside - the area isnt the best at night.

The atmosphere of the restaurant was authentic with a hint of urban flair. The prices were fair and was greeted immediately upon entry. Food came out quick but was not rushed and the workers constantly checked up on us to check if everything was okay. Thank you for the new management and would recommend this place to anybody looking for authentic Chinese food.

I have ordered here for Nearly 9 Years. There food is ALWAYS good and hot on delivery..only a couple of times they forgot to bring "Chopstick" - The Sizzling Rice soup when you Dine in is Incredible. I miss the old Management the staff were like Family, but the latest Staff are doing a great job so far.

The humble decor of the restaurant does not do the food quality justice. They use jumbo shrimp in their fried rice and their egg drop soup is authentic Chinese! Its affordable dining with out sacrificing quality! Two thumbs up!

The food here was poor at best and the service was worse dining in. Hong Kong about 1/4 mile done the road is infinitely more pleasant and a better value. Try the Hong Kong wings (10) with shrimp fried rice for like $6.50...

Horrible customer service and for the second and last time an item was forgotten out of my delivery. They state they state that they would add it to my number but never do. Not sure how much longer they will be in business.
