I love Mediterranean food, so I was excited that Olive Med. Grill was opening nearby! I visited today and they were super kind and generous. The lady who waited on me gave my little girl a piece of pita bread while we were waiting to pick up our order, which was really helpful, and the manager was kind and informative when I inquired about MSG for the sake of my allergy. So they get an A+ for service. But as for the food, I would rate it at a B- or C. I ordered a chicken sandwich (b/c the gyro meat, which Id prefer, has MSG) and side Greek salad, and the pita bread was completely dry and hard. It wasnt soft and grilled like I prefer. The chicken had nice flavor, but it was dry and in a small amount. The tzatziki sauce had nice flavor, but I used all that they gave me to get the dry food down. Im hoping that their other menu items give a better performance than the chicken. :( The Greek salad was enjoyable, but the dressing was really pungent, but if you enjoy Kalamata olives, it was a gold mine of a salad.

Ok so after reading the reviews i stillwanted to give it a try as I love Mediterranean food. The gentleman was very rude even tho I was nice... So for that is true they def need to improve ok customer service!! We not looking to be making friends but we def want to be treated with value and respect! As for the food it was good, not the best in Atlanta as I read one person saying, but was fairly good. I had the lunch special, serving size is perfect for the price you pay. Ill be def try other items in their menu. Also one person had mention sweet rice... I honestly dont know where they got that from! Rice was good id add a lil more butter to it to be more traditional. I would give it a 4 star if based on food only but the rudeness when a person walks in smiling is not cool at all... Made me feel like canceling my order but i didnt and am glad for it as the food was good. At the end I guess he saw i was uncomfortable and he changed his attitude

Ate here a couple times now. I like the food a lot but unfortunately the staff could be better. The cooks are nice but the girl at the register isnt so great, I ordered 2 gyros and asked her to make them combos. She charged me separately for items which made it more expensive. Im not a stickler ir anything the .60 cents isnt the issue. I pointed out her error and she refused to fix it or make anything right, she said there was no way to redo the transaction or void or provide a refund. I stated that there had to be a way, because if a mistake is made you cant just screw the customer and she just said "well i dont know how to do that, so sorry" and just walked away. I was not in a fighting mood so i just left it alone and took my food and left.

I went to this restaurant for the first time today and I can tell you that I was not satisfied at all. The waitress at the counter was nice and personable for all of about 2 mins. After taking my order the spend more time obsessed over her phone than working. She didnt smile at all the rest of the time I was there. The food isnt as good as I would have thought. The only saving grace they have would be the gyro and she shishkabob. The pita is lacking in flavor and was not warm at all when presented to me. Chicken is very dry. I will not be returning.

Had the lamb shank meal...it was actually very good. However they lost the rating when the appetizers of potatoes arrive...they sound delicious on the menu. Unfortunately they were reheated previous frozen potato pieces with minimal spices sprinkled over them....waste of money. Then you get a huge order of pita bread with meal put not even a taste of hummus. This is very not typical for ever other greek restaurant Ive eaten at. I hope the baklava would redeem but no luck. Staff was great.

The cashier was very nice, however my good experience ended there. The food was absolutely terrible. I ordered a gyro, which is the staple for anybody walking into a Mediterranean restaurant. The pita bread was tough, the gyro meat tasted terrible and the sauce tasted like a cheap mass manufactured concoction. I knew beforehand that the "authentic" experience that they tote would probably be a stretch, but this was completely like the out of the box gyro meal you get from Aldis.

I am of Greek/Turkish descent and was so looking forward to our Meze. Was disappointed from the first bite. The dolmades (stuffed grape leaves) had a flavor that was not appropriate for meze. They were laced with allspice and nutmeg. The gyro was mediocre. The Mediterranean eggplant was flavorful but WHY put red wine vinegar on it. Confusing. The tatziki was lacking any flavor. Garlic a key ingredient in tatziki was missing. Again confusing. Not recommended

Friendly staff (helped my gma decide what to try lol), amazingly flavorful foods and good prices. We have been 3 times now, quality of the food is always consistent as is the cleanliness. I have tried something different each time (chicken, lamb, gyro, steak) they are all so good. The mixed grill is my favorite because you get 3 meats. The hummus with hot pita and the grape leaves are great starters too. I definitely recommend giving it a try.

I ordered a sandwich and was very disappointed. The ingredients were skimpy at best. The menu listed all sorts of veggies, but they were nowhere to be found on the actual sandwich. It was also extremely soggy; drenched in the bland sauce making it almost impossible to eat. Very rarely am I grossed out for the fact that I actually ate something. This was one of those occasions.

Best Mediterranean in Atlanta. Genuine food prepared by Mediterranean cooks. Fair prices. Super clean and comfortable location. Wide menu. Large portions. And the taste is right on the spot. This is those kind of places that makes you say " I should come here often" And my kids love it because the kids menu is Mediterranean food instead of Chicken nuggets and Mac n cheese.

I love this place. I want to try more dishes but the lamb shank platter is so darn good, I cant help but order it every time! The warm stuffed grape leaves are also very good, but the last couple of times we ordered them, they werent nearly as good as they used to be. The atmosphere is great and the staff is very helpful and friendly. We eat here quite often.

Friendly staff and great food, I always enjoy the business lunch weekday combo, it has a little bit of everything in it and the price is fair. The rice served here has a very light texture and the flavor is different, Im not particularly a fan of it, but its ok. Overall Ive been here a few dozen times and Ill continue to come back. Love this place!!!
