The food was decent, it is a good portion size for the price. I came in with my family, we were out of town and decided to bring the husband and kids in for something different. The customer service sS horrible, I explained that it was our first time coming in, it seemed they didnt want to speak English although the young girl later spoke to us English. I had an idea what Colombian food is about, as I was raised in Florida and around some Colombians. The waiter didnt give me the Arepa I wanted (sweet one) and didnt think I would know the difference. My kiddo accidental spilled a drink and as a mother I was 200% willing to clean it up, i asked for a mops and napkins to another waiter and she just ignored me. I was waiting on the table to be cleaned for 15 minutes while all the waiters were just behind the counter not even checking on their tables. I had to talk to a manager, he seemed nice but at the end, nothing was resolved. Will not ever go back.

Primera ves que voy a este restaurant . Servicio- no sirve. Lo miran solo a uno y no preguntan si uno necesita ayuda. Me fui a sentar para que me sirvan. Nunca me atendieron tube que yo ir a decirles que queria ordenar. Te Dan la comida. Y nunca mas regresan a la mesa a preguntar si se ofrece algo mas. La comida as Buena. Pero con Servicio tienen suerte que la jente regresa. Por mi cuenta yo ya no regreso..

I only can say please dont go to this ugly place, I went there on May 21st 2017 and everything was so wrong, our waitress was disrespectful just because we didnt want any overheat or burned food, then the owner came to our table and was even worse, he started yelling and even telling me I was a liar, I answered back on the same terms and told him to go away and leave us even eat or go, but the best thing out of this was that the plantains were burnt even after of this initial lecture. Please dont go to this place, your visit wont be pleasant. If anyone need to confirm with me this information you just let me know and well talk. thank you.

Food was great! The lady that took my phone order was RUDE! I asked about the special and she hung up. I called back and I asked again for the special and she told me while I was deciding for maybe 10 seconds she told me to she had other calls and I needed to make up my mind. I literally took 10 seconds!! I asked her what all was included and she said just to call back because she had to many calls and I couldnt decided. Very rude. But the food is great. From other reviews it seems like this is the only problem. They need to talk to the staff. We are paying guest and forgive me for asking what the meal comes with but I dont know.

Este restaurant, es un lugar bien agradable, la comida esta super delisiosa, las personas que atienden super amables y serviciales, me encanta este lugar, si viviera mas cerca de ahi yo pasaria todos los dias por sus diferentes platillos del dia.. espero regresar pronto...se los recomiendo en grande.

I would never go back! The service appears to have gone down recently and the food has gone from decent to dog food... The one thing Trigos has to its credit is that it is in a great central location, otherwise youd be better off taking the time to go a little further and get good Colombian food... The staff has a bad attitude and are rude... The food is bland (esp. The beans) and overpriced for what you actually get... Cafetal and La Mona are not too far and have much better food...

We dont live anywhere close to the restaurant but every time we are close we stop in to grab some delicious Colombian food and drinks! Love the Empanadas, Bandeja Paisa and Roscones! They sell other products from Colombia and its nice to be able to purchase them because we cant find certain things where we live. When you visit to eat here you wont be disappointed!!!!

Horrible service, waitresses very rude even when making mistakes on order they still cant even offer am apology to customers. I didnt only witness this with the table next to me, a few days ago I experieced the mediocre service. Food is not even close to the real colombian food. Horrible food , service is a nightmare. Wont be coming back ...Wont recommend at all.

Delicious, authentic Colombian food in an unexpected location. When my friend told me there was a Colombian restaurant near her, I knew I had to make the drive from Alpharetta to try it. Im so glad I did. Much of what is on offer reminds me of the homemade meals my family makes, and Im still discovering new treasures on the menu. Highly recommended.

I just ate the Friday steak lunch special. The food was excellent and it was a large portion, especially with soup. Ill be back on other days to try the other specials, since the rest of the menu seems like dinner prices.

The staff were great. You can stay and eat, or order and go. Full plates, or bakery/coffee foods if you prefer. Ill definetely be coming back.
