I will never ever order food from burger king again july 6 at 10pm i ordered 2 nuggets and 2 fries and hot dog and i got home and started to eat my nuggets and ate a few and i got another nugget was eating it i bit down and started to chew and started to choke on a bone that was inside my nugget and it was stuck in my throat so after i thru the bone back up i went back to the burger king with my mother and brother to show the night manager and showed then the nugget and explain to them i just choked because i had no knowledge of the bone inside my nugget n the other 10 pcs was for my nephew because he loves burger king n eats their nuggets all the time n i feel unsafe giving him nuggets from their business its dangerous. N they took the nuggets and asured me that they would file a report n give the nugget to their general manager megan so the next day i called and the general manager said the nugget was no where to be found n there was no incident report on file either so i had to go back n fill out the paper and gave it to them and i called cooperate and still no body has reach out to me in no way and is a major issue because if i had choked in death it would be more of a problem but luckily i have photos of my nugget smh that was just the worst experience of my life i dont eat fast food as it is but. I was going out and needed to feed my stomach and that almost costed me my life and its been a week and nobody still has gotten intouch with me about the matter ive contacted my lawyer and the news so because nonodys wants to speak to me i will take my story to the news and the judge

KEEP ON DRIVING...Filthy eating area. Didnt look like a single table had been cleaned and I was the only eat-in order. Every employee behind the counter was looking at their cell phones or had it right next to them on the prep counter. One of the two drink machines was out of order. The other had no ice, and had buttons missing so you couldnt tell what drink was coming out of the machine when you pressed it. My order was given to me in bags, even though I said I was eating in. The reason the staff gave was there werent any clean trays, yet no one else was eating inside and no used trays stacked at the trash stations. One customer came inside twice because they got his order wrong, then was given cold French fries. Each BK is independently owned, but this location shouldnt be allowed to use their trademarks, logos, or anything else linking them to the parent company.

Horrible service, and Im the type to give chances. I was in the drive-thru, 15 mins before breakfast was set to end. Waited in line, got to the speaker, and it was exactly 10:30 am. They said it was too late to order breakfast, even when I was in line way before. So I go ahead and order from their lunch menu. Waited another 10 mins to get my Whopper Jr. and Whopper meal. Told them to remove onions and tomatoes..with the length of time I waited, you would think they would have gotten the order correct. Nope, they left the onions and tomatoes on. SMH. This place needs new management or staff needs to be retrained in providing Customer Service. Their drive-thru services need to be improved. My advice, tale your money and go to Wendys, McDonalds, or Subway (Publix parking lot) up the street if you want fast food.

I ordered a chicken parmesan meal from the location on Hwy 124 in Centerville, GA. I got home and realized that they put fish on the sandwich instead of chicken. My husband whom is allergic to fish had bitten into it. I took it back to the store and explained to the manager on duty, Shonda what had happen and she had a very bad attitude. She rolled her eyes and asked the crew "who made this sandwich with fish" she didnt say anything else to me. Made me wait about 5 minutes for a refund and just handed it to me without saying anything. I then asked for my receipt and she said " oh no we have to keep them" I ask for it back to take a picture of it and then she made me wait another 5 minutes until she came back without a receipt and then printed me a duplicate receipt which wasnt mine. DO NOT EAT HERE!

Passing Burger King last night it was 11:15 drive thru was wrapped and to the street almost but I decided to stop anyway sat in drive the for 25 minutes never heard the speaker box just saw people stopping at the box then proceeding to the window well I get to the box and realize no one is saying anything I pull around to the window I see no one all lights are on then I see some guys laughing talking cleaning somewhat no one says anything I then realize they have closed even though the supposed to be open to midnight. I was disappointed and pissed that I sat there will be calling to complain

THE WORST BK YOU WILL EVER GO TO If you think about getting a job here dont even do it the general manger named Ms. Lisa is the worst. We never have anything stocked, she is extremely rude she not even nice to the customers when she does drive through. Its not worth it as a former employee I highly recommend go to another bk. She had TWO people quit in one day on a whopper Wednesday and she swears its the employees thats the problem no no its her thats the problem. Do not try to work there and do not eat there point blank period until there under new management

Absolute worst fast food restaurant I have been to even compared to the typically poor service in the rest of the area. I stood at the cash register waiting to order for 10 minutes while 4 different employees came up and ignored me. After finally ordering, I had to have my 5 for 4 remade 3 times. The chicken nuggets were apparently made yesterday and not even kept warm. Burgers were old and not made how I ordered them, cookies were stale and inedible. This made a 5 for 4 deal feel like a rip off!

This place is the absolute worst. Im not just saying that, the customer service, food and all. They dont even have excuses or apologize when something goes wrong and its happened to me more than once which is why Ill never visit this location again. When you ask for a manager theyll say they dont have one. I hate giving bad reviews but there is absolutely nothing good to say about Centerville Burger King.

I came here only because I received coupons in the mail! I didnt receive a receipt at the first window so I asked for it at the second window once I received my food. The manager proceeded to tell me she could not print it at that window and didnt offer to walk a few steps to the other register go retrieve it. Once I got home I checked my account and I was charged full price.
