Not sure if I want to even give 3 stars. We walked in greeted I asked for a booth but I guess the bigger ones was taken (we had our 3 month old baby) they sat us right next to the kitchen which was fine no biggie. Our waitress came to our table about 10 minutes later to get our drink order. Ordered the bottomless strawberry lemonade at $4.49 each person. And at the same time ordered our food. Food took about 15 minutes we were very surprised st the fast turnaround.... heres where things go south.... the first initial plate with our fries was extremely small. Me and my husband just looked at each other like really. Now on top of it he added garlic Parmesan to his fries for $1.50 extra. My 7 year old daughter thought it was funny because the fries portion was so small she said mommy those can be for me its not that many. The same was for both of our plates. My daughter had the kids chicken fingers (2) and apple slices (4) in a cup. I had to stop the young lady for a refill on the "bottomless lemonade & the fries". She brings out an even smaller order of fries than the initial size I had with my burger. Still no lemonade had to remind her. She walks away before we could ask for refill on my husbands fries. By the 3rd round of fries I was ready to leave but heres the kicker we got more fries in a to go box than sitting at the table. We have gone to this location several times over the years but never had anything like this before. I guess if the company is cutting way down on "bottomless" then just stop it all together. I wouldnt be recommending Red Robin to friends and family. We did tip the young lady who seemed to be a new waitress $7 on a $34 bill.

I typically do not write reviews, but this place was so bad that I felt I had to. I wanted to write this review to spar other people from this horrible experience. I do not want to throw the racist card out there, but the people working here are honestly are. My family and I are Asian and the workers here did not seem to like that. Our waitress was incredibly rude and did not want to serve us at all. We waited forever for our food to come out, while I saw people that came in after us got their food before us. Then when we finally got our food, it was not even that good. I could have gotten a better burger at Chilis. Red Robin also advertises bottomless steak fries, so I ask for a refill because the first time they gave me like six fries. I had to wait for 20 minutes just to get some fries. To top it all off, when they gave me my new fries, it came on a little plate and there were a couple of fries on there. While another table got a giant mountain of fries instantly when they asked for them. I have no idea what is the problem with this Red Robin. I really hope it is not a race issue, because that is pretty sad that we still have to deal with this issue in this day and age. Well I am for sure never going back to here again. I hope this review helped some people.

Service and food was excellent. Managerial issues will make it a place I will not visit again. We were greeted and sat quickly. The table appeared clean but was sticky. In looking around the floor was filthy with whole pieces of food around the place looked like they had been there a while. It looked like the tables were bused well, but never a good cleaning after hours. We waited 15 minutes before anyone came over to take our drink order. Staff was super friendly; she answered all our questions and did her best to take time with us.We watched our waitress go to no less than 15 tables large. It was obvious they were under staffed at dinner time on a Friday night. The appetizer took 15 minutes, the meal took over 30. White dishes put on the table were dirty (the top one appeared clean) and drinks had material floating in them. The waitress took both away, and she was apologetic and embarrassed. Be careful of the screen on the table. They are moved around. Our table screen was three tables over, therefor we were being charged for others food. I will do a take-out order, as the food is great. Shame on management for not deep cleaning after hours and under staffing at prime dinner time.

I wish I could give half a star. I have never written reviews for a restaurant before but the service here is awful so I have to warn other Red Robin Lovers. I am appalled by the way they treated us. I do not want to throw the racist card here but trust me I think this place is like that. I read other reviews only after this experience to figure I was not the only one who felt this way. I am Asian by the way. We ordered a gourmet burger and they substituted the bun without asking us and brought the burger out. When we asked about the bun, they told us it was over. I am surprised that the waitress did not feel the need to come and inform us about the bun and ask us whether we wanted to change the order or not before the order came. We did not want to change the order after the burger came and wait all the remaining of us had burgers. When we called the manager, he only offered to give us $1 off a $60 bill ! They should have taken the whole burger off or at least a drink for their mistake but then again I think it may be because of our race. I do not want to call out the name of the manager but I thought he was really unprofessional. Please never come to this Red Robin.

On evacuation orders from my county during Hurricane Matthew I found myself in the Atlanta area, specifically Norcross. The party I was with and myself came in just before the Friday dinner rush so it wasnt super slow but not super busy just yet. Its been a long long time since anyone in my household including myself had Red Robin so lots of things have changed but the menu still had familiar faces. The burgers were flavorful and the fries just as good as I remember. I noticed that they dont give you as many fries to begin with as they used to. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Although while I wasnt offered any more fries, I was indeed full so while it didnt bother me too much I believe the waitress could have executed this part better. I had some friendly discussion with the GM before leaving stating that the specific restaurant was going through some recent changes, which could be why there have been multiple bad reviews recently. Key points here from my visit or a TLDR: I did not have any major issues with the service. Food was served hot and it was delicious. The restaurant was clean.

One of the worst dining experiences Ive ever had. We were a table of four and there were only three or four other tables with small parties of 4-5 people on each. Service was painfully slow when we got it. Our glasses were not topped off even once during our almost two hour visit (the visit would have been much shorter if the service had been faster). For my grandson, I ordered the bottomless mandarin oranges and the broccoli. For myself I ordered the guacamole bacon burger with a lettuce wrap and freckled fruit (bottomless). My hamburger was supposed to be well done but when I got it, it was very pink. There was maybe a teaspoon of guacamole on it, and when I asked for more, they said they had to charge me. Seriously? I got only 1 refill on my fruit, and 1 refill on my grandsons broccoli, a serving of about 1/4 cup if that. The other two people in our party were also disappointed with the portions and how slowly our requests were filled. We will not be back, and if my friends ask for a good burger place, believe me, Red Robin will not be on that list.
