Super bad. We walked in at 8:20 we had horrible service despite the 2 floor managers being on and we only saw 5 tables present, most in the process of closing out. We hardly saw a server in the entire place except the several hanging out at the bar. Our waitress gave us water after she took 10 min to show up and kept "checking on the (empty) bar" for our wine until our entrees came. No biscuits, nothing to eat. Our meal came 50+ min in and our server finally brought us our appetizer at 40 min, then entrees and drinks, it was the wrong drink for me, I dont even drink red wine. That was somehow corrected in less than a minute even though it took the empty bar over 50 min to pour a vodka sprite and a glass of wine, so I guess she just grabbed the wrong glass. I would be screaming at the bar after 15 min to pour my table a flipping drink while working for tips. I saw the 2 floor managers walking around the restaurant 3 or 4 times with at least 8 dirty tables around JUST us in the quiet, empty restaurant and the managers just stared blankly ahead ignoring the unbussed tables and not helping or even directing anyone at all. As a previous server we were ALWAYS a team and helped expo food and drinks to other servers tables, helped pre-bus, flagged down another server if someone needed a bill or order, and even wiped down others tables. We left our server over 20% anyway since NO ONE helped her. But still as a server, I would be belligerent with the management and employees walking by SO many messes. The food was ok, husband said his crab legs were "ehhh". Our server was VERY quick and efficient with our check, that was the fastest service point. As we were leaving at over an hour the tables around us were finally starting to get bussed and cleaned, and now 5 servers were suddenly appearing from the bar area to finish their work and gtfo of there, I saw one of the fat managers (very content), eating in a side dining room, which I know managers eat free shift meals, but SERIOUSLY? Not when youre not taking care of the guests. I know all restaurant service positions come with a TON of crap but this was so unreasonable and it is NOT taking care of business, staff, and especially guests. No guest should have to eye the entire restaurant wondering where staff and ignorant managers are for over an hour to get served. Our drinks took so long my husband actually walked up to the bar to look for them and said they werent made. Even sadder - there was an lone, older Indian couple that had biscuits but didnt even get served their food until we were boxing our food and they arrived before us so I was stunned. Idk how many times I wanted to approach managers or walk out, I know its waaaay too much

On yesterday May 22, 2013 I was having lunch with a friend of mine as we sat across from a man who was eating alone. As the man was finishing up his lunch, a live cockroach walked across his table only inches from his plate. A waiter came by and scooped the bug off the table and soon after a manager came over. I suggested to the man, that roach was beyond disgusting and his meal should be comped just to at least keep his repeat business. The manager apologized several times but taking care of his bill was not a part of her resolution. The man was extremely nice about it but said to my friend and I that he would not be back. The manager offered us nothing and ignored our complaint. They dont have to worry about me coming back to their location, and possibly not another Red Lobster. This was not a matter of getting a free meal but seeing a live, nasty bug such as a roach crawl across the table while you are eating is unforgiveable. Making sure everyone around was ok should have been her concern instead of making sure she got that mans hard earned dollar. The manager gets an "F" for her performance and she will not see me there again. Sometimes its more important to get someone to come back instead of saving a dollar.

I have always had the best experiences at Red Lobsters until I came to this one. The first thing that greeted me walking in was a super fishy smell - almost like a fish going bad kind of smell. Even though the place was almost empty (an hour and a half before closing) the service was dreadfully slow, which is a joke considering there were 3-5 servers at any given time chatting at the bar. It took forever to get the food and it was the worst food Ive ever had at a Red Lobster, even the biscuits were over cooked! After my sub par meal I went to use the restroom. Clearly no one had checked up on it for quite some time as the sink area was covered in water and used towels and both towel dispensers were empty. After I returned I asked for a box (not sure why) and got the check. I immediately put my card in the bill holder and moved it to hanging over the edge of the table. 15 minutes later with the check and my credit card still sitting on the table I swapped the card out for cash and left as I had already wasted enough of my life in that building. There needs to be some serious change in that restaurant before I ever go back.

Wife & I went on a saturday afternoon and surprisingly was not overpacked with customers. Great food, served in a timely, overall professional manner. The only complain I have is that our order was about $52, I gave my wife $40 to use $30 of that 40 bucks then pay the rest with a card. I went off to the restroom, came back, waiter gave us the receipt but NO CHANGE! can you believe this!?? First time I hear of waiters TIPPING THEMSELVES! He smiled when he gave us the booklet and had taken off by time we opened it to find the receipt WITHOUT my $10 change. The receipt clearly showed also that $30 was paid cash, $22 from the card. Since we were already going to tip about $8 I didnt make a deal of it, I wanted to avoid a confrontation with my wife around so I didnt bother to inform management. I did however call in to inform the manager that I found that unacceptable, I will likely go back in the future but ask the waiter to WAIT before walking off, until I have verified we received the change we SHOULD have received. Very dissapointing behaviour. - Dr. Sanders

Smelled worse than a prostitutes vagina the night before rent is due in there so FORTUNATELY I missed out on what the "meals and service" was like if you want to call it that. Sadly NONE of the staff members "noticed" the disgustingly offensive oder which says a nasty mouthful about what exactly is going on with the caliber of this establishment! Went to the one on Lavista right after and it smelled like a palace in comparison. I know its only a red lobster which is mediocre at best, but to smell rotten fish throughout an entire establishment is just drastically beneath my standards. Too close in proximity to Bankhead highway I guess

Slow service. Servers in the kitchen screaming, laughing about steve harvey. Couldnt find my server for the life of me. Food wasnt seasoned. The manager said they stopped seasoning food because they got too many complaints on their food being too salty. Why couldnt those guest just ask for no seasoning. ?? Making the rest of us suffer for the bland food they serve. Needless to say, the manager was the nicest and seemed like the only one to care. My server was m.i.a till it was time to tell me goodbye. Wont be coming back to this location. Used to love this red lobster.
