horrible place to go to when you have kids .... they were downright unfriendly and acted like they didnt wanted kids there .... i was sharing a plate with my friend .. she ordered her own plate as well .... and the waiter comes and tells us we cant share because its all you can eat shrimp promotion !!!! i mean its not like she didnt order her own plate ...i would recommend avoiding this place unless they change the staff here ... nicollasville location is a lot better .... the staffs attitude was horrible just because we had toddlers with us ....

Again, What a great experience with their carry out Queen Taryn! Tonight was my 2ND encounter with this bubbly, smiling server. She had the order perfect. She showed me everything was there, added all the sides and extras of my order. She remembered that the order was for my 86 year old Father and his 85 year old girlfriend. Taryn did and has gone that extra customer service step. Smiling, had me laughing. What a great employee you have at this location! Shes a keeper!!!!!!!! Thank You Taryn!

This red lobster is not my favorite. It took two hours to leave and not because we wanted to be there. The waiter didnt check on us very often. Id recommend talking the drive to Nicholasville rd and eat at the red lobster there, personally, my favorite red lobster is in Richmond ky, about 30 mins away from this red lobster on the interstate going south.

Absolutely loved our visit! It didnt start off so well as the wait time was misquoted however the service more than made up for it. Alecia, the manager, and Bryan, our server, went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The food was hot, fresh and prepared just right. I would definitely recommend stopping in.

The service sucked. We received paper napkins while everyone else received cloth. Had to ask for utensils to eat with. During our service the waiter went to his car, never saw him wash his hands. The food was also not hot once it reached our table. I would not give any stars, but to get this posted you have to give a star.

we went in they gave us a seat and that was it no-one came to see if would like drinks or anything then they started to seat other people and they were served with drinks and food so we left. if you would like better service with good hospitality go to nicholasville rd their red lobster is amazing

Very lackluster server we had. Also their allergen menu was out of date which is a big deal when you have kids with life-threatening food allergies. They didnt offer to go download the current version when we pointed that out. Would not recommend.

Great food and timely service. My wife and I got a cozy corner booth that was nice and quiet. Pricey, but expectedly so, and worth it. Had an amazing Pekoe hot tea I had never tried, and now Im looking for it, it was so good.

Finally, l got lobster tail with drawn butter. All l wanted was the lobster and a salad. The waitress guided me through their extensive menu to exactly what l wanted. Biscuits came with it, and l had Raspberry Iced Tea.

Absolutely love the Cajun chicken pasta and biscuits! My mother enjoys all the sea food. Had a wonderful waitress named Tacha. Highly recommend sitting in her section! Wonderful experience.

My family loves eating here and enjoy getting various appetizers such as their seaside sampler and their crispy shrimp lettuce wraps! The Bar Harbor Lobster Bake is our favorite entree!

Price is high for the food quality. Most of the time the food is over buttered over salted and over cooked. However in lexington if you want crab legs you dont have many options.
