Our party of 4 was seated upon our arrival with no problems. Unfortunately, we found this place unsanitary, unprofessional & unsatisfactory. My friend had spotted a long strand of hair blantly visible within the biscuit basket. The waiter replaced it with a new batch. Another incident happened shortly after with an eyelash found at the bottom of her salad bowl. This left us disinterested with the food service. The waiter finally notified his manager; the manager did not introduce us his name other than asking how we were doing. After we stressed to him about both incidents & that we wanted to cancel our food orders, he apologized & suggested only paying half-price to us. He reassured us that he would personally make sure it wouldnt happen again but we werent satisfied with his plea. I understand that these things do happen in restaurants but not consecutively to one person/group. If this Red Lobster wants to keep their customers safe, they need to make sure their staff are following sanitary health protocols more closely. I would not want anyone to suffer food poisoning, especially with expecting mothers (my friend) for Mothers Day weekend. Never again will I step foot in this restaurant location.

Went on Friday night. Service was very poor for take out. Couldnt get anyone to take my order on the phone. So I decided to place my order in person. Took about 10 minutes for staff to acknowledge me. Ordered drinks while waiting on my order. I never received drinks. Received my take out order almost one hour later. When I got home, order was incorrect. Was missing an item. Called red lobster to see if they could have my item ready to pick up when i came back. At first they told me no and that Id have to wait for them to prepare it once I got there. Then i spoke with manager after being on hold for 15 minutes and he said he would have it ready to pick up when I came back. I headed right back to red lobster and order was not ready. I had to wait 15 minutes for it and it still wasnt what I ordered. Manager did not comp me any other item or even apologize.

Love this red lobster! Its close to the job and the manager was so nice! I didnt meet her but I called in for a meal that some red lobsters have taken off the menu, (shrimp&scallops linguine from the 4 course feast) although they still have the ingredients to make it, and I was informed by a lady that it was no longer on the menu. I was going to go to another red lobster that should still have it on their menu until the lady asked me to hold so she could ask the manager. I was surprised that she cared enough to go that far. After she returned to the line, she informed me that they had the cook prepping my meal! I was so excited because I had been craving for that meal and they made it to perfection! Thank you Red Lobster. I look forward to returning!

been to red lobster on Holcomb bridge 3 times, and every time we go, the service is not good. I had asked a server for a bowl to put the crab leg shells into and he sed "well why dont you just use that bowl right there?" Talking about my salad bowl.. which I was not done eating my salad. The past time I went we had a waitress that just didnt care. Since she didnt care about giving us a good service I sure didnt care about leaving her a good tip. She was rude and really blunt. Never came to give us refills. Reb lobster has always had good service, but this Holcomb bridge one... not so much

I never do reviews but Dont go if youre a party of one apparently.... Walked from the Doubletree hotel at arrived around 540pm and the place was maybe a quarter full. I was promtly seated and sat till 6 without even getting a drink order taken. 2 servers walked by during that time. Apparently my money wasent worth any effort. I left and walked down to the waffle house and was in and out in 15 minutes even with only one cook and server. Food was good too.

TERRIBLE! Very nice looking restaurant but I ordered soup instead of salad which was cold. I was with 5 people 3 people received their order the other 2 waited 15 min. Our biscuits didnt come out until after we were done eating. Our water didnt get refilled and the only compensation was 2 free deserts THERE WAS 5 of us THEN SHE GAVE US A $2 discount! there was another young man in there yelling because he ordered a pie and it toook 45 min! DONT GO THERE!

I visit this resturant with my family. They changed our table they put us close to the bar all the table there service by one lady we wait for 30 minutes to take our order. The resturant was not crowed. After 30 minutes we asked her to take out order. But the Manger was very nice he came and sent someone they serve us the food is excellent. Recommend location and dont forget to call them before you come here to receive you table.

Bad service ,overpriced for a bad over cook not seasoned food ,I think most popular items are the cheese Bisques at leads for me cause.i love the but this time I never got them I got tell they be out in 5 min from over we ask again never got them ....I love how they tell you on the recipe how.much %you should tip ,what about 100%service and good food turns into a good tip from a happy customer

Very disappointing. Crab legs not even able to crack open. Defeats the purpose. Server was fantastic. This was a kitchen issue all the way around. Fish left off Franks plate and lobster left off Lees lobster baked potato. For real seafood go to Pappadeaux or Atlantic Seafood Company. For that matter hell Captain Ds. Awful!!!!!!

Food was decent, but the fried fish was burnt around the edges. Our server, Rita, was very inattentive overall; she forgot my salad, never once refilled our waters, and I had to ask twice for cocktail sauce for my shrimp. She was very kind and pleasant, but for how slow the restaurant was, I expected better.

Customer services average whenever its not slow. Im very busy days customer service can be lagging. The food is average as compared to other chains. If you go during certain days you can get good deals such as eat all you want shrimp. I must say that the mixed drinks from alcohol menu is excellent.

Ive always enjoyed Red Lobster a casual family restaurant. I had the seaside trio with peach sweet tea. That not including the appetizer, salad and the famous cheddar biscuits. I couldnt even finish it was so much food. Service was great, food fresh no complaints I enjoyed. Nap time!

Had a lot of issues in the past an hadnt been in a year. Went on my sons birthday and it was good. They gave me the smallest crab legs Ive ever seen and when I asked they replaced them. So that was good. But I wish they wouldnt have sent it out in the 1st place.

I made the mistake of ordering lobster. I likely should have ordered crab, but I figured Id go with their namesake. I expected the seafood to not be top quality, considering the price range. But it was overcooked too! Plus their butter sauce is doubleplusungood.
