Stopped in after leaving the hospital ..... waitress had no pens screamed at across the counter to place the order again ....took twenty minutes to receive a drank refill ...bribed the waitress with pens to receive a refill ..... Still no food .....they burnt the first set of waffles while the rest of the food set there on the counter ......all cooks and waitresses walk off the floor leaving only one waitress on the floor after the second set of waffles were done she brings the food to us and guess what all The food was cold as ice.....we walked out .....will never go back again ......

Didnt greet me or anything when I came in. One of the Workers gave me some blank stair and went and got the cook. Once they cooked everything they forgot the tators. And on top of it all they didnt even ask me what sides I wanted until I asked and they also didnt give me no tator tots until I reminded them and there was at least 5 workers in there. Smh do better or dont work a customer service job. This place was horrible with customer service. Good luck to anyone that goes to this joint.

I walked in this morning got noses turnt up at me no greetings took my order and automatically packed it to go like I wasnt welcome even tho I was seated in a booth my bowl is covered w grease and crumbs even tho I didnt order bread it was carelessly threw into a bag and now the bacon grease is in a puddle in the bag grits spilled just horrible horrible customer service Ill never eat here again.!

Went in this morning at 2am the morning after mothers day as we walked to the door waitress was like oh no they was all smoking went in cook was new didnt know what he itwas doing got our orders to go got home me and hubby eggs were raw he forgot to put our grits in our bag hash brown was burnt awful

It was awful. They overcharge you for food you didnt order. Then when you bring it to their attention they act as if the only way to get a refund is to call the manager. Oh hell no! You gone give me my money back now and I mean now!

Me and my group of friends eat here nearly every weekend in the mornings and the food is always good, the service always prompt, and the staff always friendly. This is what a breakfast restaurant should be.
