So, I wanted breakfast for supper, so we went to Huddle House in Soddy Daisy, hoping to get the lady cook who was there last Friday night. Instead, we pull up and there is a group of people hanging out at the corner of the building. The guy, I am assuming was the cook, saw us pull up, so he put on his apron and went inside and disappeared somewhere in the back of the restaurant. There were no customers there, no waitress and no sign of the cook. We sit down and wait about 6-7 minutes, when the cook finally comes up front and says he will go outside and get the waitress, so she can get our drinks. At this point, Im already put off. But, I say okay and wait some more...then wait some more. Still no waitress and the cook who went to get her, hasnt returned either. So, we got up and left, and as we were walking to our car, they come hurrying from around the building with 2 other girls and an old man who were not employees. Now tell me they werent around there hitting a crack pipe or something. Wont be back. This place doesnt even deserve 1 star.

It was great until the owner called the gerenal manger and was fuzzing at her for no reason he does nothing but think bout himself and money he could careless bout his people that work for him.. I worked for him and was moved to other store cause personal issuse and had surgery was going to come back but his people are to busy and now that I have talk to people he is nothing but a slave driver he worries bout money that all he is in this for but soddy is good store to eat at the stuff on 22nd shift cook she is nothing but a lair wants people to feel sorry for her cause her old man for fired for the right reason and now she wants to get back at gm for doing her job... Trust me the store was good but there stuff people dont know bout how the owner treats his people

This place is very hit and miss. The food is always good, but the staff could use a little consistency. The staff early in the morning are really tuned to their customers needs, food is generally always right, and waiter is constantly checking on you. During the afternoon, we had a hard time getting someone to even acknoledge we existed, one order was wrong, had to ask the cook to refill our drinks because the waitress had just completely disappeared, and then heard the cook complaining about them messing up my order, and having it returned sloppily fixed as if he didnt have time and the mistake was my fault. Would recommend you visit during the early hours of the morning, but avoid during the day.

The service and condition of the place was terrible, dirty dishes on every table, so you couldnt sit down, and i ordered 1 egg,bacon,toast, was charged $5.99 was told i had to be charged that even tho it was for 2 eggs,bacon,toast, cause the waitress said if she rung it up separate it would be $7.00 ( did i tell you even thou i got charged for 2 eggs I only got one..) also her attitude was terrible she was constantly complaining about being tired, cant wait til November when she can have that baby( really) like that was what I came there to hear.and how she wasnt going to be able to handle the load by her self today? it took everything in her to wait on us..

Just ate here for the first time and Ill say stay away. All the tables were dirty when we walked in with one lady working the whole store which is frustrating as a server. The cook offered no help to clear the tables. There were a good 3-4 flies flying around which I can understand one but not that many. Four girls showed up late Im assuming for their shift and were supper annoying yelling across the restaurant. The food took forever we were about to walk out. Over all gross experience

Took my kids here as a reward for getting good grades. They messed up everything. Horrible service. Never refilled drinks or fixed our messed up order that was brought out in several phases. Then they overcharged us. I paid and figured Id call and talk to the manager and get it straightened out. What a joke. Manager did not offer empathy or anything. I will never go back. I minimized the experience for my kids sake, but this place showed no respect for us. Be advised.

Ive been here a couple of times, and Everytime varied significantly. Sometimes the waiters re awesome and kind and our food is excellent. Other times the waiters arw terrible and our food is a joke. Usually the bad only happens when they are understaffed. Yall really should hire more people, bless the souls of the waiters and cooks whove worked there for a long time.

My wife and I, along with another single sitting at the counter were the only people there. We ordered our food and it was 20 minutes before we got our food. Obviously my wifes hash browns were cold along with my toast. The cook, who was a lady, kept going to the back causing the two men waiters to complete the dishes. Cold food and impatience dont go together......

Had to wait a hour for the foot that was cooled and tasted bad and couldnt eat it. The lady that took care of us she said it was her last day because the way the store was ran. We didnt have to pay for the food it was so bad. But the waitress was nice and said she was sorry about the food. If it wasnt for her it would have been a total loss.

Food is good but service is slow for a fast food restaurant... Servers are not among the brightest folks either... Even though you might be a waiter or waitress on training. .. All of us have been into a restaurant before. And we all know silverwear will be needed... No need to be a Nasa employees to figure this out.

Worst place in Soddy Daisy to eat. Everything is drenched in grease. Service is super slow. If youre in the market for a stomach ache this is the place. Yuck is all I have to say.I vow to never eat here again.

The service is generally speedy gotta admit they do get pretty busy sometimes so be patient good food is coming! Plus any place that actually cooks your eggs the way you want them always has me coming back ;)

The food was outstanding and only surpassed by the fantastic service. I would recommend a trip to the Soddy Daisy location, ask for Jackie as your server and speak with the new GM Michelle. We loved it!!

Service was slow. Order was brought to table wrong. Food was cold. Hash browns cold and not done. Part of order not ready till time to leave. Will never return.
