Though we appreciate the service at our regular huddle house, the only reason weve made it a regular choice for our family is for the exceptional service of Miss Donna, and how she always took care of us. She makes everyone feel like theyre welcome and at home. We walked in to find she was no longer here after years of waiting tables with a smile on her face. Huddle house will no longer receive our business, as we have been loyal customers for several years. The food isnt that great, and the cooks always seem to regularly mess up our order, so without our exceptional customer service experience with Miss Donna, we will take our business elsewhere. Poor decision on management.

Fantastic customer service, always greeted with a smile. That alone goes a long way. The feeling of warmth and how humble the staff are is unprecedented. I enjoy coming here. Restaurant is pretty clean, I read other negative reviews on this place and all I have to say is its hard to please everyone. Food is as good as it gets for a diner style restaurant. Definitely will visit this location in the future.

This place is visited by mostly white people and I was afraid that my table would be profiled and discriminated, but we were not. Some of the guests eyed our table like, "Why are you here?" but the employees are always nice and attentive and I love this place. Its kind of small so it gets busy quickly, but they are worth the wait. The food is never over/under cooked and refills are always on point.

Customer beware!!! Been several times and noticed German Roaches crawling on the wall near the food and silverware, and saw dead ones on the floor. Today, a employee stomped on one coming from the cooler. This is disgusting and unsatisfactory!! The place needs to be shut down and tented!

This is one of my most favorite breakfast , brunch and lunch spot! This is where you want to go if you arent sure which meal you want. Everything is great so you will never leave disappointed. The waitresses bend over backwards to see to your every need.

There were roaches crawling around our table!! Completely disgusted!! There was even a roach smashed on the wall and left there, they didnt bother to clean it up..I posted the pics on Google for the #043 Store in Kennesaw, Ga.

We eat here regularky and our server knows us and has coffee for me and tea for my huband bedore we even sit down. This is a classic Southern eating franchise and the food is good and servings large. prices are moderate,
