Ive called this location to put in a to go order lots of times and have found that they dont always answer the phone. If they get busy or just dont feel like picking up the phone then you just cant get through. This happened on multiple occasions and I just had to order from one of the other locations. Youd think that a phone ringing for 20+ minutes would get answered! Then last night was it. I sat at the bar with my son and his friend and were ignored for about 30 minutes. Finally she took my to go order and checked me out. She stared me down while I wrote her tip and then asked me about it when I was done. Then she turned around and made comments on how stellar the tip was because she felt like it wasnt enough. I guess a 5 dollar tip is not enough for this kind of service... Anyways. I will not be back. Ive never had any problems from the crossroads location so they will get my business from now on.

My husband and I love Waffle House and it was our first time going to this location early December. It was a busy Saturday morning but we were seated immediately and the staff was very friendly. The food was amazing as always.

Food is great, one of the best wafflehouses around. But its always cold. I always enjoy being called sweetie when i go to wafflehouse! Great food.
