Order has been wrong on every visit to this location. The employees and the manager are rude to customers. Out of all of the Taco Bells in Battle Creek, this one is by far the worst! On my most recent visit, I called when I got home and discovered that my order was wrong. The call went to their answering machine without ringing. When I drove 10 miles back to have my order remade, the manager was polite and apologized. However, the following morning, when she returned my call, she laughed during her voicemail message, making it very hard to understand what she was saying. This Taco Bell is in desperate need of better management. I feel bad for the employees who have to work there with poor leadership. If you are in the area, steer clear of this Taco Bell.

Went here with my Mom on Saturday 08-12-17 around 1pm and waited at the counter 5 to 6 minutes. No service did we receive nor were we ever acknowledge that we would have someone be with us in a minute or two. Then the young black male turned right around and looked at both of us and still said nothing! So we left, I guess dancing around while having two employees work the drive thru was more important then waiting on the two customers at the counter! Called the corporate office too about this as we at least should of been greeted and told that one of the two cashiers working drive thru would be with us or one of them actually take our order!! Disapointing, I know this is Taco Bell but Come On.

I wish you could give a no star rating because this taco bell deserves to be closed down. The service is always bad, the employees always seem to be on some type of drugs. Not to mention its always so slow and they always get the orders wrong. Worst place ever to get food. Go to another battle creek location because this location is the worst. I wouldnt want my food to be made by a bunch of drug addicts. Not to mention I know for a fact the manager working does powder.

Use to be great but I have been very unhappy the last 10 Xs Ive been either waiting in drive thru for 45 mins or the food is stale & cold or screw up order or the latest I order taco salad & wait in line for 30 mins to get to window & their all out, they didnt realize it when I ordered. & instead of sending someone out to tell me they make me wait in line 30 mins then tell me! Yeah pissed!! Not very happy with this taco bell

This by far the best taco bell Ive been to. I come to town once a week for work and stop here every Saturday night. I wish I knew what the guys name was, but he works the drive thru around 2:30 am. He is the best employee, quickly fixes orders when messed up, has the food out fast, and ALWAYS has a smile on his face. Makes my day to come here after work. Taco bell needs to give this guy a reward for great customer service.

Every time I go to this restaurant I am greeted with the worlds slowest service. On top of that the orders are always completed with as little effort as possible. No pride in work that is done. Seems to be out of stock on specialty items. The one in coldwater has way better service. Every time I get chips its accompanied by a tea spoon of nacho cheese, and my crunch looks like it was slid across the floor.

Worst service ever, the guy behind the counter didnt bother to greet us upon arriving, was literally on his phone while we were ordering, the bathroom was a pig stye, all tables and floors were discusting, seems the place is ran by lazy teenagers with no adult supervision... Will never come back this taco bell again..no stars rating from me.

Long wait to place an order. Only 2 families inside and already seated and eating. The drive thru was backed up with cars. I heard several complaints about how they messed up orders repeatedly. I know they wasnt wrong I had two coupons for a free taco or medium drink and they gave me 2 free tacos and a free drink. Guess it was for the wait!

After coming here numerous times in the past and leaving unsatisfied, I think they are starting to turn this place around. Staff is friendly, food is fresh. You can tell the ones working here now are definitely putting a bigger effort in. Thanks for turning around what used to be a terrible location to visit.

Terrible--35 minutes for a meal deal D and a bean burrito at 6pm to 6:35 pm Sunday evening. At least 4 groups of people left before ordering when realizing how very long we all were waiting for our food inside the restaurant. This is on Capital Ave N.E. in Battle Creek, Mi !!!!!

The breakfast signs were not out, and the service was very slow. Manager was rude, and they were understaffed. When we tried to ask for name and corporate number, she gave a smart remark and walked away. Then we waited, and nobody would even take our order. Waste of time

Tacos were good...very very long wait. The young lady who took our order did a great job managing the mob of patrons who were unhappy about the wait but overall it was fairly good 3 stars only because of the wait.
