Had a bad experience a month ago and was given a size larger than what we ordered. Pointed this out to staff and they refused to correct the price on the ticket because they delivered the larger size to the table, even though the server stated we did want the smaller size. We were overcharged but made to pay for their screw up! Wrote complaint to Corporate on the HH Corp Website. We received a letter from the Regional Manager apologizing and he sent $20 in certificates to replace our meal for them screwing up. We finally went back last night and it was a worse experience than the original. The Franchise Owner was there and originally told us he didnt have anyway to redeem the certificates in the register and made me recount the story to him directly as to why they were even sent to us. He finally agreed to take them but then spent 10 minutes at our table complaining g about HH Corp sending certificates to lying customers who then get free meals that come out of his pocket b/c he says HH Corp does not reimburse for the gift certificates. He stated he might as well shut the doors on his franchise right then and there because he was going to go out of business from Corporate sending certificates to all the lying customers writing in and complaining. First, we didnt lie about our experience and it was horrible for us to take the time to write Corporate to begin with. If this Franchise Owner had any business acumen, he would understand that truly upset customers are the ones that take the time to file a complaint and that corporate did him a favor by getting us back into his store for a second chance which he screwed up royally! We will never return and we were customers that went to this location 2 to 3 times per month. Not only did he decade us and the company he bought a franchise from, his family was there with him and he went into the back and his wife and kid kept standing up and glaring g at us while we tried to eat. I previously gave this location a 5 star rating, my current rating has been changed to a 1 star rating and would be negative if possible.

Ive been to this huddle house so many times and every time has always been great yes some times theres a wait but i havent found one place of any kind that was a wait and we keep comming back cause we love the food the people and everything SO THANKS TO ALL THE WORKERS
