It had been many years since we ate at a Ruby Tuesdays. We decided to give this one a try since we could not decide on where to eat. We were seated promptly and our waitress took our drink orders right away. From that point on it went down hill. First of all the table we were seated at was poorly lit so we struggled to read the menus. It took 20 minutes to have our order taken. My wife ordered the Pasta Primavera and a salad bar and I ordered the Salad Bar and Tomato Soup. We were never given any silverware service so when I went up to the salad bar I grabbed a couple of services out of the basket where they were staged. Once we opened them up the forks had food still stuck on them. We brought this to the attention of the waitress and asked for new sets. She apologized but never brought any back so we had to ask the person that brought our food out. The pasta looked like it came from a boil in bag kit that you would pick up from the grocery store. It was luke warm in places and cold in other. My soup was unremarkable. All in all I cant see where this dining experience was worth the $34 dollars I paid for it. As we left I could see tables that had vacated 30 minutes before us that still had not been bused. I sincerely hope this is not how your company runs these restaurants but from past experiences in 3 different states it seems to be and I dont know what would ever make me go back.

Didnt want to give it the one star, service was horrible and waitress was unconcerned and under trained Got our food and the quantity was a joke for the price we paid. Broccoli was super salty upon arrival and had to ask for bread 3 times and when it came omg.... size of a baby fist. We asked for a comment card waitress left and came back and said manager said that they was all out. You would have thought manager would have came to the table to see if everything was ok, not!!! As we were leaving I guess it was the manager and waitress standing at the door, didnt say goodbye, good night. ....nothing so Wont be crossing their threshold again.

I used to love Ruby Tuesday and honestly I wanted to give them 5 stars but their restaurant is just so sad that its kind of depressing. There is such a down vibe. The new salad bar is cool. Its not 9.99 cool but when you add it to an entree is $3.99. The food is okay. They give you a lot of food for a reasonable price. Be sure to sign up for their mailing list so you can get coupons. Kids eat fee on Tuesdays. Its a nice location and its easy to see from the highway. There is always plenty of parking. I love the mashed potatoes.

This place used to be the bomb a few years ago. Something obviously changed, this place is awful now. The staff is incredibly nice and deserve more than they receive. However the food is terrible. The last 3 times Ive visited Ive left displeased. Full but not happy. I always get the scewered shrimp with zucchini and mashed potatoes the shrimp was so rubbery today I felt like I was eating a bog chew toy. The shrimp they had just came out was cold as the ocean. Come one RT this is my fave place to eat I dont want that to change

Everybodys food was super salty to the point nobody wanted to eat it. For the price youd think it would taste and look better and not just thrown together. I was only given an alcoholic drink menu(upon requesting something other) as if nobody orders regular drinks (nothing but alcohol are on the all menus)My underage daughter asked if anything else was served besides alcohol and server replied "coke" as if it was rare. Server seemed like he didnt really like his job. I do not recommend this place and I will never return.

My granddaughter had a free meal from school award, right all the kids got one. So thats a marketing tool, same as I get in the mail for free kids meal if adult buys a meal. The front door handle is falling off, The bathrooms stink and floors are sticky. Hamburgers on main menu are way over priced, dirty silverware in napkins. Bar tender was good and was also server. Hostess was seen setting in booth on Facebook using phone. Over all worst place in Loganville to eat. Hell Mc Donalds at least has clean bathrooms.

The first time I went here I had the Smokehouse Burger. I enjoyed it greatly. The next visit, my mother told me I should try this salmon dish the have. I cannot possibly say enough good things about the Hickory Bourbon Salmon here! I have ordered it 4 times now. It has been absolutely perfectly cooked EVERY time. My mother has been coming here even longer than I have and she told me she has never had a bad experience. The service is also very good here.

I came on 11/19/16 sn an the service was un acceptable. We waited a over a hour for food. All we order was a mini kids meal,trio appetizer, an chicken fresco, a 12.99 , three deal trio. 1:44 put order in didnt receive until after 3:00 p.m.a little after. An They werent even busy its un except able there service today. Rude waitress. Poor food quality. Cold steak an green beans. I so disappointed.

Erica was our server, very sweet, fast and friendly. Great attitudes all around felt like I was at home. Salad bar was super fresh and clean, went back for seconds. We ordered the bourbon salmon, and steak and shrimp, and were not disappointed! Dont forget your Ruby Rum Punch!

The service was slow and lackluster. I ordered a med rare steak and I dont know how they accomplished this feat, but my steak started out med rare at the edges and actually was well done towards the middle. That was a mystery was not inclined to solve, but I will not go back.

Lunch with my fiancé here was a miss. The service from the host was exceptional service. That is the only reason they didnt get a Zero. Both meals had to be returned. Food took EXTENDED PERIOD OF TIME. Will give it a try again another day though but today was not it.

I wanted to use a gift card that was given me for my birthday by my niece. I ordered the Grilled Salmon Wrap.............its a wrap, literally, I loved it. I was not disappointed at all. I will go back to this location and they will continue to get my business!

A little overpriced for the food you get and the salad bar was NOTHING like I thought it was going to be. Very minimal and Sonnys BBQ had a better selection. For a sports bar...you get what you pay for but I think Ill save my money and not recommend.

Wonderful experience! Food was as good, chef - inspired food ought to be: very tasety, hot when it should be hot, cold when it should be and so on. Top - end entrées. Chef-inspired entrées and drinks for reasonable pricing. Keep up the GOOD work!!!

Wont be going back here. Went on Valentines day cause wanted to try something new. The entree came before the appetizer. And the entire meal looked like it was just thrown together last minute.
