Worst visit ever to a b-dubs! First of all our table was dirty. I ordered a double Beam and Pepsi, they said they couldnt do that but they could sell me a single and a shot, which is exactly how it was brought, they couldnt even mix it after I paid for it. When I ordered my food I asked for tortilla chips instead of pita chips, the waitress said she couldnt do that. My wife ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich with extra sauce on the side. She was brought a buffalo chicken wrap, that they forgot to put the sauce in so there were two sides of sauce. The waitress tried to argue and say that she didnt remember my wife ordering a sandwich. The 2 soft pretzels that came with my food had so much salt on them that it could have easily salted 6-8 more pretzels. When I asked the waitress if she would be happy with that much salt, she said yes, but she likes salt. There was so much that no human being could possibly like it unless they like it by the spoonful. They remade everything, but left all of my food except the pretzels, so we had to eat separately. Then I had to ask for the cheese that goes with my pretzels because she forgot it too.

Kindi is an excellent server and hard worker. I visited during a slow time of the day. Kindi utilized every second to ensure that each available second was utilized to clean and organize her area. It is nice to see that there are still others out there that take pride in their responsibilities and care about the well being of the company in which they are employed. It is amazing how much she accomplished while supplying her customers with amazing service. I only hope that her hard work is not taken for granted!

This is a great place to go during the week. They have awesome mixed drink specials during the week, like margaritas and daiquiris. And theyve always got the corn hole boards set up outside on the patio. The place is crazy busy for the UFC fights. And sometimes the wait staff can be a bit over burdened when its busy, but its pretty normal, not stellar not horrible. But its a great place to hang out with your friends or your family and catch a game :)

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. The food is over priced, and each time I have been the device has been worse than the previous visit. Tonight, was the absolute worst. After waiting for 2.5 hours, we finally got our food. However, they were out of honey bbq sauce, napkins, and ranch. They also gave us a generous discount of 5%. Dont waste your time here, there are plenty of restaurants in Wilmington that would love to have your business.

What a disappointment. We used to enjoy this location. Havent been in awhile and went tonight and wish I wouldve stayed home. 5 other tables occupied in the entire place and took 45 minutes to get our food after ordering, which wasnt hot when it arrived. Beer was room temperature. Unacceptable for the amount of customers they had in my opinion. Received our appetizer before our drinks. How does that happen? Ridiculous.

I took my son there last night. I was my first time at the Wilmington location. Our waitress, Haley Jo, was extremely overworked and was fired by management, forced to rush our check before we were finished even though she was doing an outstanding job. What a joke. Note to management - If you need to take such action, work on timing. Dont eat there.

I feel like I am being a little generous because the wings arent that good or the burgers. A nice small beer selection and good service at the bar as well as a nice place, but totally overrated food generally speaking. I think Alley 21 in Hillsboro is a decent amount better on price and quality.

Your typical BWs. Service can sometimes be hit and miss at this location. Bartenders are usually great. I have had some terrible experiences getting takeout. The orders are usually wrong, at least thats how its been for me. Still an overall good BWs.

Its a nice casual wing spot. Their tender night for .99 is always a great time. They have big wings and good sauces. A favorite of mine is the pretzel bites appetizer. Im a fan and will continue to eat here.
