This was the most horrible experience for pizza I have ever had manager mike lane was rude and disrespectful toward me I ask him for corporate number and he hung up on me I had to drive all the way up there to talk to him bc he was wrong for what he did I ask for 4 boxes of pizza and all he said was okay u would expect someone especially a manager to ask what topping would I like and he kept saying okay and was silence I heard nothing then I learned that he was a manager there I am a manager at a restaurant as well and never would treat my customers or guest the way he did all my sisters and brothers where on the line too to order so they heard every little detail of our conversation with the manager there I was in town on vacation and that whole experience messed up my whole night yesterday then on top of that I had to find a whole different pizza place which my the time I got to they were closed and it was frustrating and upsetting that I couldnt get my family and my kids what they wanted for dinner I told the manager that I hope this gets to corporate and I will me contacting them bc what he did was wrong and I can only imagine how he treats his employee or other guest his employee had to give me all his info and store and corporate number and it shouldnt be that way I didnt want to take it there I just wanted some pizza they need new managers bc the one there is just not okay they way he was acting toward me

Nasty, lying manager "Gail" or something like that. I had a store credit because they messed up my order a couple months prior, and when I went to redeem it, she said she had no record of it, and then went on to tell me that since it was a couple months ago, the credit wouldnt be accepted anyways. When I asked if she was saying that their credits expire she said yes, and its a corporate thing. I then asked if she could just give me that credit, and she said that if she gave me a $5 credit, she would lose her job. I then inquired is she was serious that as a "manager" of the store, shed loose her job over a $5 credit, she said yes. After a little more probing, her story started to change, and when I pointed out that she had just lied to me, she got verbally aggressive (bordering on abusive) and then hung up. Ultimately, its slightly below-average pizza and wings, but the completely unprofessional attitude and behavior of the manager ruins the place. Id suggest everyone go down the road to any of the other pizza and wing places and avoid the low-class establishment.

My husband and I are pretty regular carry-out customers here. We usually use the drive through without any problems. I wouldnt call the customer service grade-A, but it was nothing to post a review about until today. Today, when I called to make a large order, I was told by the woman who answered that she didnt have TIME to tell me what speciality pizzas they had because she was busy. Incredulous, I asked her, "But... isnt that your job?" Her response was a long response about her job duties. If you have time to argue, dont you have time to just give me the list of specialty pizzas? I wasnt asking for a description of each. I asked to speak to a manager. I spoke to Sam. Sam wasnt as directly rude as the lady, but he was dismissive and did not even apologize or make any effort to keep my business. So, I thanked him and ordered elsewhere. Yesterday was a big moving day. I was tired and stressed, and it would have been nice to receive some decent customer service and some good pizza. I guess that was too much to ask.

So i ordered a pizza at 7:30p.m. 2 hours later I call back at 9:30 and they said I never answered the door or phone number on file. I never heard a knock or got a phone call I explained. They asked if I would like to re-order it, and since I stay up late I said yes. 10:30 my pizza finally arrives. The next morning I check my account and they charged it 3 times. In attempt to call the store I tell what happens to the person who answers and they understand me perfectly fine. They transfer me to a supervisor to fix the problem and I am hung up on twice. Im calling corporate to fix this. This location is run horribly

The person who made my pizza tonight must have been thinking about how he would make a pizza for himself. It was very good and loaded with cheese. I had an email for a medium pizza with 3 toppings for $6. I added extra cheese and sauce on the side in order to bring it up to $7.99, eligible for delivery. It was slightly longer than estimated but the pizza was great. Just look a the extra detail, extra cheese, they put in the ends of the crust. Update 6/4/17. Ordered almost same thing with extra cheese accept there was just normal cheese on there. So, very inconsistent. This came from the sane location.

I advise everyone not to order from this location. My wings were not cook properly with barely any sauce on them and my cinnamon sticks were hard and not edible to eat. I try to call back and tell this man name Chris if my order can please be right. I could not even get two words out before he say I Cant control how the food come out the oven so" I say ok I will be calling corporate today so watch out for my phone call

Every time i order from them the screw my order up. The last time we had to go up there to get the pizza from the credit i received, and they told me 20 mins, and after an hour of waiting, i spoke up. Then my pizza came out, and once again it was messed up. So a total of 2 1/2 hours later i got my pizza. I will never go back there. The manager was plain out rude. Go somewhere else

So i call Pizza Hutt in Loganville on a Sunday evening for a delivery order. Anyways, i get my order put in and 40 minutes later I get a call from their manager of the night, Shay, saying that neither of their drivers were willing to deliver my Pizza because they didnt feel "safe" delivering to the "area" i live in ! Can you believe that ?

4 nights ago I wanted a delivery at 10pm. A lady called me right after I did online order and she said they had no driver it would be midnight if I wanted pizza!! Haha hell no! I am good. This was the 2nd time I used this location. The 1st time I ordered the driver was late and he was rude and my pizza was cold!! Dont go here!

The Loganville store is a great place to eat. From the first time you walk in the staff is friendly and ready to greet you. The food is fresh, hot, and brought out to you in a timely manner. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. I will be going back for multiple visits and encouraging friends and family to do the same.
