I went in with my son on Monday Sept 15, 2014 at just a few minutes before 2pm. There wasnt a line of people, and only a couple of cars in the drive thru. My son had the chicken fries combo and I had the buffalo tenders combo. Three people came into the dining room after we placed our order. The cashier, Esperanza was polite and friendly. The orders for the drive thru were being filled and the expo was calling out what items she was waiting for to the kitchen crew. In spite of the clear communication going on it still took 15 minutes for our order to be completed. I was told they were waiting for the buffalo tenders. No fork and knife was offered for the tenders which were very messy to eat. I was not asked if I wanted any Ranch or Bleu Cheese for the tenders, I had to request it.

Every time I come to this location something is wrong or I am treated poorly. The customer service is nonexistent and the employees would rather stand in the back and talk to each other about their sex lives than do their jobs. The last time I went my bun was stale and slightly hard. I didnt ask for a new burger, I just felt the need to tell them their buns were going bad and should be replaced. The manager responded that if I had a problem with the food I should apply to work there and change it myself because shes not going to. But dont bother applying because she wont hire a white chick because I would turn out to be a racist and steal her job. I will NEVER be going back to this location. GREAT EMPLOYEES BURGER KING. GET A BETTER CREW.

Id suggest new management and a whole new crew that doesnt Lack customer service skills and DECENT MANNERS!!!! Doesnt matter what you order in drive thru they always make you wait 15-20minutes and then the food is still COLD and the wrong ORDER. How hard is it to get an order right the first 12 times????? Called to let management know i would return for right order (was already home) and all i get is "oh i thought you said something different, have a good day"... And dining isnt any better. We stood at stood at the counter 10mins while cashier "cleaned" playing on her phone and totally ignored us...finally after the THIRD time saying EXCUSE ME WE ARE READY TO ORDER SHE FINALLY TRIED TO TAKE OUR ORDER BUT WE LEFT.

Wow. This was probably my worst experiance at a fast food restraunt. We sat in the line for at least 20 mins. The drive thru lady was rude as hell. Then we get to the front of ofthe line just for her to say ther machine was down and they couldnt make transactions over 20 dollars. She gave us the drinks and they were wattered down. Willnot spend my money their again.

Food is usually fine, but the staff needs a lesson in customer care and how to behave in a place of business. Every time I go in, people are yelling at each other across the kitchen. Usually, its playful banter, but its un-professional. And, on more than one occasion, profane language has been used.

We have been here on 4 different occasions in the last year, always in the drive thru. Each time, they screw up our order, make us wait almost 20 minutes, and have no customer service. Is it too hard to give onion rings when you ask for it instead of fries? I wont be back at this place.
