Worst place ever! Completely removed the app from my phone. The only thing I got from them was excuses! Dont expect to receive your order anywhere remotely close to the time it says youll receive it. And dont expect the employees to seem as if they care when you call. This place needs a GOOD manager to come in and straighten this place up. Until then...Good riddance!!

This is the worst experience I have ever encountered by means of customer service. By the end of my hold time of over 8 minutes and being spoke to like a sub human piece of garbage and to boot being cussed at by the representative of pizza Hut. I had the driver call the manager and explain the situation with only a response of "theres nothing I can do for you"

Last 3 times they have not delivered within the time frame the online ordering says they would. This has become unacceptable!! Didnt use to be like this. Very disappointed. And now all circuits are busy so I cant even get through to check on it. But why bother. Last 2 times it still didnt arrive when they said it would. Pathetic.

Worst service ever... on 2 separate occasions I placed a carry out order and when I showed up they couldnt find my pizza!! Really? The manager said he would put a credit on my account and never did. I will NOT be ordering from this pizza hit again.

Not very friendly, food was 40 minutes late, and Laura Cooper(employee here) didnt really care to take care of us as customers. I felt bad as we left our house and the delivery driver pulled up :( poor management .

This Pizza Hut doesnt put hardly any toppings on their pizzas. Even when we request and pay for "extra topping"...total skimp. At least we have a Marcos and a Johnnys right across the street.
